I thought the concept of a "patch" in general was simple to understand, at least simpler than having to download S1/2 and 3 separately, but I guess I could add it in.Might need to add that into your video. I've seen a few people asking.

While it's technically possible to render arbitrary text at an angle in real time (and crop it to the borders of the phone screen), I would be very impressed if it were an option in RenPy, and it would be a pain to try to code it to work at all, let alone getting it to look good.
Rendering text into an image is a very different thing from displaying it in a text box.
