That leaves Leon, Jamie, John Boy, Nick, Tommy and Rusty.
I'm inclined to rule out Tommy and Rusty. Unlike the others their interactions with MC have been much more memorable.
Nick does have a thing for blonds. John Boy and Elena are adventurous enough. Jamie cheats on Dany all the time. Still Leon feels like the likeliest culprit. There is a snag however. My memory is a bit hazy, but isn't this the party where Leon and Jamie do Arieth? If they are busy doing that, neither of them can be the culprit.
Then again this is just some party fun. Reducing the culprit to anonymous DIK is a good way to sabotage any NTR enthusiasts who would jump at the chance to blow this out of proportions. If the guys don't make a big deal out of it, they are all possible. Except for Jacob, who went for Mona.

John Boy and Elena were in the middle of fucking right before the dildos were thrown through the windows (which happens right after this scene with Maya), so unless JB was trying to get this freshman to join them, I think he's out.
You're right that Jamie and Leon banged Arieth at this party, but the timing may or may not preclude them from being the culprit. They managed to get dressed real fast if they were still fucking Arieth at that moment.
So... yeah I'm leaning towards Nick. Tommy knows who Maya is through Josy, although I'm not sure if they've met before. It's possible though. And Maya doesn't really seem to be his type anyway. Rusty seemed more interested in hosting the party than hooking up with anyone.

I've read that a couple of years ago, DPC said that BAD and AL don't take place in the same universe because that would restrict him in his way of writing. According to a review I read (I need to replay the game again to confirm it, it's been almost 5 years and I only completely played it once) the main characters Jonas and Liam however were both DIKs at B&R in their universe.
Do you people think that when DPC is completely done with BAD (so he doesn't have to worry about writing the story anymore) he might change his mind and say that it does share the same universe? If so, do you think any character from AL might be related to current B&R college members? These make imo the most sense purely based on looks:
Tremolo > Jonas (Jonas doesn't really look like MC, but he does look a lot like Neil)
Jacob > Liam
Heather > Hedwig
Sage > Angela
Aerieth > Leah
Jill > Melissa
Lily > Ana
I can't think of a good enough comparison for Megan.
I know it would be too big of a coincidence if all of them were related in this way, but it might certainly be possible if some of them are and there relatives found eachother.
It's not that uncommon for writers to bring their works together in retrospect, that's why I think it might also happen here, no matter how small that chance is.

Melissa Is literally Maya and Riona and maybe to an extent Lily, my reasons- Daddy issues (Maya and Lily), physical and mental abuse (Maya and Riona), Drugs (Riona and Lily), Nose Ring and eye winks (Lily), Goth (Riona).
Jill on the other hand is the most straight edge LI with to an extent kinda stable family other than her sister's death.

That's why said "related" and "based on looks", not being the kids of the people in BAD
Still, even if they were their children they might end up completely different than their parents.

Rusty created the DIKs, Jonas and Liam were also both DIKs, so it would take place at least 1 year after the current year. If they are related however in a way that the current cast are either AL's parents or uncles/aunts, it will increase the amount of years significantly.Does it though???

They are unrelated AFAIK, earlier they were supposed in the same verse, with BAD being a prequel but later it got scrapped, this I read on reddit long time ago.Does it though???

A stable family? What do we know about them?
Almost nothing.
We know that their eldest daughter passed away, for reasons unknown.
We saw her running away, or trying to run away from home.
As far as I can tell, this doesn't happen in stable families, unless the child suffers from mental illness.
So there's reason to believe that not everything is so good in this family.
They're hiding something. Maybe something really serious.
For this reason, they tried to "protect" Jill in some way from what they considered a "harmful" environment.
And her naivety is the result of their efforts.

That was my understanding too. I was wondering where Chillout1984 was getting his info from. I wasn't aware it was confirmed anywhere that Jonas and Liam were DIKs.
IIRC, Melody (from Melody), her stepfather was a DIK, but that's a completely unrelated shout out.

Episode 11 and Lana's flashbacks will tell us more, I think Lana just fell into bad crowd, maybe had an overdose and it caused her death. That's why her parents became super protective towards Jill and that's why she is raising some sort of awareness campaign and has hard aversion towards Drugs.
