Yeah, if an author / game creator / whatever can manage to elicit a hate response from his audience for the character/personality of a character then he's done a good job creating it. Making likable characters is pretty easy, but detestable ones is far more difficult. It's why really "good" villains can totally make stories / movies.

So very true.
So many villains fall flat or become comedic shells of what the author wants. But my god, when a villain is done well it's not only a masterpiece but it can even manage to get you to think that maybe just maybe they're not entirely wrong in their actions.

I don't seem to recall that specific conversation but I do recall however Josy learning about Lily's line of work and replying with a sarcastic and un-approving 'cool...' so there's that.

Yes, that's why I take my hat off to DPC.

See this... Taking me as an example.
I see Maya as the "worst person" at this university. Not that she's mean, I won't go into detail here again.
And I have Quinn as my favorite. The same character that other people see as the "worst person at this university".
This small paradox alone guarantees a prize for DPC.

Yeah. Villains need charisma.

Leah didn't have that. She was a psychopath and evil, but wasn't charismatic in the least, at least not in my opinion.
