Just that the update file for the next episode can't work with a game that has already been modded. You'll need to have a clean, un-modded version of BaDIK when ep 5 drops, after that you can install mods again.

She could've been very angry at him at the time thinking he was the only one in the wrong, that she had done nothing to deserve such betrayal. But now, having taken a lot of time to think about it, she realises it was her that drove him to it and thus she forgives him because it wasn't his fault, it was hers.
I doubt we get to see or hear any of that. Even though some of them are openly prostitutes. (Even though we almost saw it with Burke in the bathroom stalls I don't think we will know who they were by name more than we already know).

In the party at the end of episode 4, when the laptop goes missing, someone says that Rusty was with someone, they were hearing grunts, so they thought he was banging someone. Then, in the party we find Mona by herself, and she says Camila is probably fucking someone.
I don't think we need or even will see anything, but with the side girls we will keep hearing about these hook ups, maybe even one or another will date someone, etc... Just like the examples with Riona and in this one with Camila.
