I've done both DIK and CHICK. You lose the Maya/Josy poly on the DIK but nothing else. Even that is kind of up in the air because EP5 has you able to get both Maya and Josy to admit that there still confused about the whole thing and they still have feelings for the MC.

I think this is more or less right. I think those will be the ‘happy ending paths’ for those characters. That said, I think Bella is a little different and it will really depend what the twist is with her, if she even has a happy ending. I think it’s possible part of her journey with MC isn’t necessarily to fall in love but to get over her trauma. (Presuming she’s not a serial killer). as It stands as long she Doesn’t hate you, you can get sex scenes with her even if you are a massive dick with full dick alignment

You can also get Sage's scenes on full CHICK with chick affinity. So far most of the break down isn't about DIK/Chick, it's about choices.

I finally found time to play the whole game from the scratch and to unlock everything.
Unfortunately, the walktrough isn't 100% correct. Some parts are missing (i.e. Heather's masturbation scene/the renders during Isabella's free roam after you choose her). Also it should point out the branching a bit more specific (i.e. the fact that you have to tell Lily at the party that you would like to have a personal stripper to get the sex scene with her). Plus there is one clear mistake as it tells you that there is a special render in Isabella's living room somewhere around the table, which clearly isn't there.
If it wasn't for the first sex scene with Maya in Episode 1, the game could be played completely with only DIK oder CHICK choices in two runs, I guess (one DIK, one CHICK). Exception is the part where you have to choose where to stay at night. Because of the flaws of the walkthrough and that Maya scene, I managed to unlock everything but four scenes in the end, so I had to replay some parts of the game, but that's ok in my opinion.
I never got that deep into the story before and I only played the CHICK path. Now that I have played everthing, I guess the CHICK path is the one that must be the real story. The DIK path is simply fucking everything and seems to only leave possibilitys with Jill and Sage for future relationships (if nothing big happens). The CHICK path opens doors to all the girls (Isabella, Jill, Maya, Josy, Sage).
I'm fairly interested in the past relationship between Isabella and Jill, especially after the last night at Isabella's house.
My favourite girl is Heather btw. I hope she plays a bigger role in future updates. I also like Elena. Those two definately had not enough screen time.

The DIK and CHICK status only affects the side-bitches and also the percentages of some of the main LIs' scenes. You can get all the main LIs' scenes as long as you play it right, which i think will be a huge can of worms when DPC decided to inplement consequences. We cannot keep this harem thing going on forever.
If Bella doesn't have a happy ending I will go to DPC's house and cough repeatedly in his face.

Yep it's not one of the tags so nope. I thought the end of EP4 was going to start the eliminations but I am guessing it just splits the Maya/Josy poly into individual paths. Cause you can talk and claim feelings for one or the other but not both in EP5. We will see.
After ending the free roam, when mc meets Sage and talks to her, Sage starts to head toward Tybalt's room for an empty room, ignoring the other rooms nearby. This might be coincidence, but more likely it is a sign that she knows Tybalt's room and headed there on purpose knowing that Tybalt is busy downstairs and won't interrupt them.

During the party, I have seen Tybalt in the room with the crowd talking to his mom, at the bar when MC was talking to Camila, in the opposite room stopping Quinn, Maya and Josy's "lesbianism", and in the 3rd floor meeting walking into Camila and MC having sex. Oh he's busy alright! Whether he would walk in on them or not is another question, which is why MC locked the room.

So far there isn't really anything that can't be done with Sage on any path. The only thing I can think of that was tied to status or affinity was in ep 1 where you couldn't grab her waist if you don't have DIK status, but beyond that, every major sexual interaction with her can happen on any path.
Also, there so far hasn't been any scene for the main LIs that requires going to one extreme end of either spectrum. Being on a certain side has either locked you out of scenes (i.e. not being a DIK with Bella) or only given half a scene, like the M & J scenes in ep 1, but those half scenes based on status seem to have stopped after that.
For the non-poly path, I suppose it's possible that this opens up individual paths, but it's still done in a rather ham-fisted way and that whole incident soured many M & J fans to the point where they don't want to have an individual path anymore. Had that scene played out better, it might have given some of these fans hope that there was a solo future for one of them. Instead, it felt very final and then felt like it was retconned in ep 5 to re-open it, but at this point it's too late to win a lot of those lost M & J fans back.
The handling of this has probably been the biggest mistake of this game so far.

I wonder if messing around with Cathy will be a bit more 'safe' than messing around with Jade if you're pursuing Bella since her scene didn't require having to make a major DIK choice.
