okay... let's assume that when she was a little girl Quinn had a crush on the MC (don't ask me how they met, but after all she was eager to make him the deal, and probably picked him for the cimpetition) and he broke her heart by accepting cookies from a different girl. and this filled her heart with hatred and evil

It might be that Quinn and Maya are related, unknown to them. They have the same hair color, and since this is an anime, they are obviously family. So every time she sees Maya, she feels some irrational hatred towards her. As we've seen, she's not that awful towards the other girls, it's only Maya. That would make her a redeemable villain with a hatred that we could help her overcome.

Quinn doesn't really need redemption, she just needs better motives for her behaviour.
