The official patch hasn't shown, but there's my unofficial one (repacked for minimal size). It's listed in the OP as an unofficial bugfix.
0.5.2 doesn't do much though, only need it if you run into bugs when cheating in english class.

Personally, I think that call for help will apply to Bella. We have yet to find out a lot about her, but according to what we have seen so far, she is not in the best mental state.
