HereI played through Chapters 1-5 from here 3 times, and the Steam version 3 times (which is only Ch 1-4)... so I'm pretty sure there isn't a conversation in the game I haven't seen (except the ones where you more or less completely reject Jill... I'm not a monster). I may have forgotten some of the exact lines from Elena and John Boy, but I doubt I missed them.
Anyway, I hope they have at least a few girls that the MC doesn't fuck. There's sooooo many characters in this that it would just feel... dumb... if EVERY woman he meets decides to jump him. Well, other than 90% of his Women's Studies class... but that goes without saying.

No need to brag, but then you must have seen the conversation where you ask "Interested?" to Elena, and John Boy's "I've heard you made some moves on my girl" during the DIK's house free roam. If you read between the lines it sounds like a "If you're serious about it we can arrange something". In all seriousness, some of the individual scenes like a teacher giving a footjob during class are probably more unrealistic than a good-looking and hung guy (obligatory "no homo" statement) having this many opportunities on a college campus of all places. Making more of the scenes mutually exclusive so the MC could only bone maybe half of the girls in a single playthrough would make it more believable but I doubt it would be a popular decision.
I'm sure the free-for-all will end in the later episodes when the LIs will start to expect the MC to be on his best behavior so let's just enjoy the buffet while it's open.

We were discussing those very interactions earlier... and no, I don't see that as any kind of show of interest. The MC makes the 'interested?' comment, and Elena actually seems pretty offended by it, and threatens the MC that she's going to tell John Boy. John Boy's quick conversation at the party where he mentions it to the MC just shows that he takes the fact that the MC thinks his girlfriend is hot as a complement and that he's not some kind of overly jealous D-bag. That's why I mentioned earlier that I think he's one of the cooler of the MC's DIK brothers.
Just my opinion, of course, but I think you're really reaching if you think those two quick interactions are some kind of allusion that the two of them want to fuck the MC together. The Rooster conversation is a bit more playful, and I suppose could mean something, but I just read that as joking around. Plus, just because JB brought up a M-F-F threesome and Elena may or may not have been serious about considering it... doesn't mean he'd be interested in a M-M-F one that involved the MC.
Also, not to bring up THAT conversation again, but a MC-JB-Elena threesome would likely be considered NTR content by some players (we can debate all day about whether it actually WOULD be, but I guarantee some would consider it so) and they'd get upset/offended, since DPC said 'No NTR'.

I could agree that it would be reaching if we only had one of the two interactions, the two together show a clear picture to me. There are certain things you don't joke around. And just to remind you Elena literally said "I'll try to talk to Camila later, but she's shaking her head". It can't get any more clear than that.
Just to note, if you check the Bio in both Elena and JB's that joke is referenced. Pretty weird for just a joke to make it into the Bio.
About NTR I'm open for a loose interpretation of the term, and there's arguably lots of implicit NTR already with Riona, Mona and Camila, but a threesome with another guy's girl (not the MC's girl with another guy) with that guy is by no means NTR. I've got sad news for you. VA is gonna be included in this game. Version 0.1 have some of it but was erased when 0.2 was out. DPC's gonna wait till the game is completed. Didn't want some VA failing in the middle of development and having to find a new one, reshoot all the lines, etc... The disclaimer when you start the game for the first time is a memento from that.

The game is hugely popular now without V/O, and assuming DPC maintains the quality of product and keeps with it, it could very likely remain popular for years. Pretty much anyone who has played any adult game has played or at least heard of BaDIK.
So... what would be gained by adding V/O once the game is completed? Hiring a cast of decent voice actors would be a large expense, so where's that additional money going to come from? I REALLY doubt there's a legion of potential players out there going "I'd buy this game on Steam or support the Patreon if only it had voice acting!". It might convince a few more players to try it, but not THAT many. It just wouldn't be a value-added feature.
The caveat to this is, of course, DPC's vision for the game. If he REALLY feels that his Magnum Opus of Porn Games needs V/O to be 'complete', that's his choice as a creator... I have my doubts, though.
