i got massive DIK status but the mc is still a beta fix this
This is what is called anecdotal evidence. Or even solipsism, the idea that your experience is the absolute truth.Yes she is, i knew the game cause of her, I had never heard anything about Bella before
Yep. That's the whole problem. Because of the missing permissions they stop being executable and default to text files.is it in the contents>MacOS and the other one in MacOS> ib> darwin -x86_64? if is true how to edit it cause i only got option those file in textedit only.
I think you're letting the idea that there are simple "paths" to the game blind you to other possible explanations. The thing is though, on the DIK path, what really is different with Quinn's interactions? About the only thing I can think of is the scene in the HOT house in ep 4 if you stay with Sage, but you can do pretty much everything else without being on that path and can have a reasonably good relationship with her. Also, you can stay at the HOT house with Neutral or CHICK affinity and Sage starts telling the MC about how she thinks Quinn likes him and you get the same hints to that throughout the game as those on the DIK path, yet she turns your help down just because you're not on the DIK path and with M&J, both of which are things that, realistically, shouldn't have any effect here if you've done enough with her.
Whether the MC is DIK or CHICK, Quinn would still feel it "weak" to open up to him and there's nothing to really differentiate these 2 paths such that Quinn would feel more comfortable talking to a DIK MC as opposed to a CHICK or Neutral MC. The only thing that really should matter is what you've done with her, and as long as you took her number, used her services twice, and had sex with her in ep 4, that should realistically be more than enough to make her trust him on any path.
Exactly why i said stats and affinity don't mean shit. I agree with you that the game relies on previous choices more so then any of the current "systems".I think you're letting the idea that there are simple "paths" to the game blind you to other possible explanations.
Sometimes it uses one of the three abstract game mechanics (RP, status or Affinity); sometimes it remembers previous choices
Im with you with the Maya and Josy. With M+J I get this odd feeling that DPC wants them to be central narrative but doesn't necessarily see them has the main LI in his 'Canon' for the wider story.
I say that because of how the three interact in this episode and the last one for that matter. although equally he could be gearing up to turn the group in to a somewhat awkward love triangle.
this last episode gave me the feeling that Maya is more (possibly way more) in to Josy than she is you (kinda makes sense she hasn't known you that long) and that Josy is more in to you than she is Maya (although that may partly down to the idea of how much she could piss off Tommy by hooking up with you.)
as I mentioned in an earlier post I did appreciate having some more meaningful scenes with Sage though as before this it felt like something was missing from the dynamic.
In fact having done fresh playthroughs with Dik/Neutral/CHICK
I have to admit I'm enjoy the emotional range we are getting from a lot of the characters that were starting to feel one-sided
the Quinn scene was fantastic as was her showing some vulnerability in her texts, its kind of a shame there was no option to call her afterward.
actually seeing Tommy trying to treat you like a person and the other subtle personality additions for the rest of the dicks is interesting.
a lot of my grips with this episode went away when I did a full fresh play through.
the DNG scence were frustration although placed far enough in that when taken as a part of all 6 episodes it felt more like a heavy-handed palette cleanser rather then a dull distraction.
that said a lot of bombs were dropped right at the end of the episode and honestly I feel like he could have gotten away with leaving half as many threads open. I.E. either the sequece in the office or the sequence in that ended in the dorm room.
(sorry for the essay of a post)
No. You have to add the execute permission to the executable files.i still cant find the excute permission on the excutable files :/ hoping someone can guide me
That is what I have been saying lately, that it is not finished yet. Look at my last message a little higher
This makes more sense to me than DPC throwing in some surprise incest, although I kinda felt like MC's mom in the flashbacks looked like someone, and now I'm wondering if that someone is Jill...With the revelation that MC's mother ran away from home and stayed at a friend's for an unknown period of time, anyone else think it's possible that Jill's sister was that friend?
It would be pretty hilarious if DPC pulled another AL and made you pick between saving Maya or Josei as their house burnt down. That is what I have been saying lately, that it is not finished yet. Look at my last message a little higher
Can honestly I say I did not get that sense at all. I am a huge Maya fan, so maybe I'm a bit biased, but there were several moments, for me, that make it seem like she really likes the MC a lot.this last episode gave me the feeling that Maya is more (possibly way more) in to Josy than she is you (kinda makes sense she hasn't known you that long) and that Josy is more in to you than she is Maya (although that may partly down to the idea of how much she could piss off Tommy by hooking up with you.)
Jill is the MAIN main love interest, the image of the game, the most famous and popular, DPC is not going to leave us without such an important character
Its good that tag is kicking in already, but that also suggests that something is coming. hopefully its handled with nuance and finesse unlike the blackmail plot point but we'll see
