No, even on my DIK runs I don't beat up Troy. My DIK MC is a horny bastard, not someone who attacks people when not physically threatened.

I think people had asked for more of it so DPC gave it to them in this update, so hopefully they will consider the matter dropped now and we won't be seeing this again.

Too much DnG is barely enough!

Though in all seriousness, while I enjoyed both DnG sessions, that's probably enough of that. Would prefer more story progression.

She's been there since the start on the previous banner, so this isn't new.

And no, he's never said she's a "new LI", nor is he likely to either. Quinn is not going to be a LI, she simply gets that prominence on the banner because she's an important character in the story, probably the most important outside of the 5 main LIs, as she's the driving force behind what is sure to be the main story arc of this game.

If anything, there may be an ending for her but only in the event that the MC doesn't get with any of the main LIs, and they've done certain things with Quinn, and they're a certain affinity. But even then, this will likely be painted as the "bad" ending because some bad stuff will probably happen which makes her the last person left who'll give him the time of day.

It's such a shame Quinn is not a main LI, is there any reason why she hasn't been considered?

Or maybe the story was already set in stone from the get go with only minor variations here and there, idk but it'd be swell if she was elevated someday.

If she was a LI from the beginning it would have made all the interactions weird. Now that she's finally starting to come around (probably ever since the rooftop scene), this could change, but I don't know if the game would radically add a new LI midway through (DPC makes the rules, he could do that if he wanted to).

For me this is the biggest flaw of the game, the side girls are more interesting than the main ones

That's just because the grass is always greener (on the other side girls - now is "grass" a euphemism there?). The only side girl action that keeps me up at night is I wanna make Riona cum!

Jill is significantly trailing in the animations department, but man those animations packed a punch. Sage is my preference but I think those Jill animations were the best.

It's a good thing Jill didn't call that ambulance for the MC after the fight with Chad. If so, he'd be in a world on misery having to choose between Josy & Maya... or Bella & Jill... or Jill & Sage.

If Jill called the ambulance, there'd be someone else to consider in the mix.

What's y'alls opinion on the whole burke having access to the mc/jade sex scene? It seems like this is the first canonical event to happen that's branch specific and what i mean by that is, unlike the Maya/Josei/Dad or Quinn drama (which everyone experiences) Burke having the Jade sex tape can only be gotten if A: you slept with Jade and B: you gave the video to the diks. Am i the only one thinking its odd that DPC is starting to throw new canonical drama into specific branches now instead of into the entire story as a whole?

Maybe it's not going to amount to all that much. I'd be surprised if it dragged on for long, it doesn't even involved one of the main LIs.

Okay, so I replayed the entire game after the latest release from the beginning and reading all of it again instead of skimming. Sage best girl don't @ me but anyway. About eight hours later I'm just gonna dump my thoughts, a lot has probably already been said. Obviously spoilers aplenty.

In closing I give this game my highest honor: the "Hablat starts getting into the Lore" award. I was like one step away from creating a wiki for it. If I'm ever not broke I'm throwing plenty of money DPC's way.

  • I don't have many comments on Bella honestly. I like Bella's route a lot but it feels pretty doomed to fail. It's a super unhealthy relationship outside the realm of a porn game.

Pretty sure that's how most people feel about Bella. People love her character but at the same time realize that the relationship is doomed to fail.

Great points, and I'll give you props for playing it properly from scratch again without blitzing through it.

Some comments on your comments:

• Quinn's tunnel vision - I love that she's not made out to be some omniscient mastermind, just a girl who thinks she is.
• Cheating was a big deal in AL too - some people may prefer a free pass type game where you can experience everything, I like that there are possibly serious repercussions to your actions. Gives the game significant replay value (I've played through quite a few times).
• I think we'll eventually find out that Jill is slightly mentally touched...
• Sage didn't just say, "I can always make time for you." she was doing that "repositioning her hair because this phone call is important" gesture. That simple scene did it for me.
• I had to laugh about the treehouse comment too, at the time I thought, "have you been paying attention lately bro?"
• Freeroam navigation arrows are definitely rubbish, the new navigation boxes help with that.

Only argument I have with your comments is I don' think Mel is Chad's side chick, she was in the gym running with Sarah when Chad was talking dirty on the phone. She could have had a bluetooth earpiece, but the rest of the jocks were like only a few feet away. I think her comments regarding the pending breakup and her look in the background when it actually happens were both red herrings.

Don't think it's inherently doomed to fail. Bella obviously has some big internal issues that we don't really have a good grasp on yet aside from little hints here and there every episode. But if she can move past whatever her trauma seems to be then I think she should be able to have a healthy relationship with the protagonist.

Katie Cassidy looks way more like Jade then Sophia Bush does. Katie Cassidy literally looks like a slighty younger Jade.
