How? And anyway why not just a button to "end the sodding free roam?" I really hate those damn free roams.
Take your mouse and put the pointer on the upper left hand side of the screen. A phone will pop up. Click on it and look at your tasks. (upper left hand option). You're missing completing a task

Lots of speculations about Bella being psycho - I don't buy it ...
yet I have the uneasy feeling that Vinny is still active behind the scene and he is salty - the damage he may be responsible so far:
1. Posting Cathy's photo - he knows the place - could of sneak in during the party
2. Attacking Quinn - she mentioned him being in the loop
3. Trashing the place then deflecting the blame to the 3-alphas - his brother Nick room wasn't trashed

And imho he is the one to cause some serious shit in the future - Quinn and Riona are in real danger.
How innocent or endangered is Nick in all that remains to be seen.
Knowing AL - some tragedy is about to happen.
ya u might be on to something... i also think that Vinny is still around, his character is like MC that went into Dark Side.

what did this sixth chapter give us?

I divide the answer for each LI
there is no trace of Maya and Josy as friendship so I will not talk about it

Maya: very present in the chapter, with the clear intention of strengthening the relationship with MC (and with the players). as they were obvious, Maya overcomes two fundamental stages of her history, the scavenger hunt and therefore the disillusionment about the free tuition.
alert level for the future: very high, confrontation with her father on the horizon, but I think the main danger will be Quinn, now Maya has challenged her, but Quinn now knows how much Maya needed the free tuition and we know from the dialogue with Riona Quinn continues to think about involving Maya in the restaurant

Josy: chapter quite muted, nothing particularly important if not this transformation of hers into sexy sensei for Maya (and math tutor for MC ...) she is the real engine for the threesome.
alert level: very high, perhaps more than for Maya, she is the last person Maya's father would like to meet, there is to be worried, emotionally, but maybe even physically she might not be doing well

Jill: in theory the protagonist of the chapter, a lot of space dedicated to her and the first twist (very poor for me) of which she is the protagonist. unfortunately no evolution of the character, more of the same, boring and frustrating her hesitation in clarifying with MC, so she has many opportunities and in the end she decides in a very convoluted way. the only twist is MC's semi-declaration of love (if you go to the picnic with her)
alert level: medium-low. I can't feel anxious about Tybalt, sure this event will change the rest of the story and the question remains whether refusing the picnic marks the end of the relationship (I don't think)

Bella: here too, like Jill, more of the same, with the first opening to an emotional involvement, no longer just carnal urges. the fact that she decides to stay to sleep with MC remains an absurdity (especially after the Cathe scandal) but it must be accepted, from how it is managed I doubt it will have particular consequences.
alert level: with Bella since chapter 3 it always remains medium-high, but in reality nothing new has happened that suggests changes

Sage: continues her tradition of having great non-sexual segments and this despite being one who hasn't pulled back from sex often. I liked her 3 main segments, she continues the evolution of the character from party girl to all around girl, as a student and as a lover destroyed by the end of a relationship, no longer just angry but hurt. who knows what was the confidence she was tempted to give to MC after he had told her about his birthday? what is Sage's secret?
alert level: medium-low, no major dangers are seen on the immediate horizon, if clarity will be made on Chad it will still be positive and will be a step forward

in the end it was a chapter where a lot happened, many points were closed that had been open for some time, but very little has changed

are we bracing ourselves for the storm?

Nice write-up and I agree with pretty much everything. The only thing that would be different for me is probably that I think Sages alert-level is by far the highest out of the main LIs.

Just regarding alert-levels:

Maya: She is the obvious choice with her just having opposed Quinn and her father just having shown up in the school (and her room), but this seems so obvious that I think he is gonna be a distraction. Sure her issues will be big, but people are supposed to expect them to be the biggest so that DPC can surprise them with a sucker-punch. Would still say "very high" though.

Josy: Just like you said this could be one option for sudden surprise. People think she just dealt with the issues she has with her own father and that the focus is gonna be Maya, then all of a sudden Mayas problems end up destroying Josy instead or something. Would also say "very high" there.

Jill: I'd probably even go "low" here. I really can not take Tybalts blackmail seriously. Not just because he is a joke but because there are literally no stakes. Maya could be indebted and dependent on a psycho-parent, Sage could be the scapegoat for the HOT-issues, Bella might have severe mental issues and Jill is being blackmailed into...not jumping the MCs dick? Her problem seems extremely "first world problems"ish compared to the rest.

Bella: "medium-high" seems about right since, as you said there has been no real development forever. The only reason she's "medium-high" instead of "low-medium" is probably that one line of inner monologue when MC first kissed her in the library, since that straight up told us she will have or will become a big problem in the future which is why everyone is expecting her to either go psycho and burn houses, or have a mental breakdown. Without that one line she would seem as harmless as Jill.

Sage: While Josy is a possibility for the surprise I'm pretty fucking sure Sage will actually be it. She just broke up with Chad, you seem to be able to try and push her towards getting closure and being done with it and you start acting like more than fuck-buddies. Everyone is expecting a quick cleanup of the Chad-situation and then the start of her actually becoming a LI and not just a fuck buddy and that's why I feel like DPC will use this to go: "You expected 'normal-relationship-troubles' but it was I, 'Quinns-money-problems-after-having-her-money-stolen-and-Burke/Quinn-needing-a-scapegoat-if-people-find-out-about-the-prostitution-and-drugs'.". I'd give her an "extremely high" just for that, because it seems unlikely that either Quinn or Burke would just go down without trying to have innocent people take the fall for them first, and as the president of the sorority that serves as the core of the prostitution and drug-deals any outside observer (like the police) would assume Sage is in on it, making her a very convenient scapegoat by default.

I was pretty much anchored in what had happened in the sixth chapter, so I kept Sage as the average danger (otherwise Bella would be iper extra high allert...)

I honestly do not see this dominant role of Burke, he is just a customer of the restaurant (let's forget the Jade question which is optional and in any case avoidable), all the rest are theories. Mona is likely to have left by her own choice. free tuition, by Quinn's voice, is just gossip, there's no reason to think Burke plays a big part in this.

Quinn's problem is not finding a scapegoat (and at this moment with Mona escaping there are no particular dangers of her affairs coming out) but finding the money, a lot of money, and damaging Sage would change nothing, especially up to when the management of the HOTs is already firmly in her hands. speaking absurdly, she could sacrifice Riona (sorry Yuno Gasai ), who is part of the business, putting the blame on her to buy time, but Buddy doesn't care about Sage

I did not take Qunn into consideration, remaining at the official definition of LI, but she is at very high alert levels, because she does not risk small heart problems, but risks big with unscrupulous people. she was already in financial trouble, which her suppliers know, and now she has to cover a big loss. she is an injured dog cornered, she could do anything, even something very stupid.

The best NSFW game, bar none. Characters you care about that aren't one dimensional porno actors. You find legitimate complex characters where no one is perfect. The sex is handled in a rather tasteful way IMO compared to other games in this genre. Just finished my 3rd playthrough just to make sure i got to know all the characters because it was a fun experience and not just a fap game. Although hats off to the Dev because these animations are insanely good. Gonna call it here because I don't want to gush to much, but this is a great experience.

Get the idea out of your head, here there are two types of games (there are more but those are the two big groups): porn games and games or novels for adults, which have sex but it is not the important thing, since it could be perfectly a series show or an RPG or Life is Strange type, telltale games etc without problem.
That is, I can play and finish Being a DIK or Acting Lessons (among other games that I have played) without having to put my hand in my pants and that does not make it less satisfactory for me, on the contrary it gives the added value that it is a very fun game.

following Jill it's normal that you don't feel the need to put your hands in your pants .... :cautious: :p:p:ROFLMAO:

Seriously, I completely agree with you, the beauty of this genre is the involvement, or at least the impression of being involved in the events it gives you. for pure and simple excitement I look elsewhere

As we say in my country: the one who laughs the last laughs the best, and in this case waiting for Jill so much will surely be worth it and if not I always have my sweet Josy :)

I honestly do not see this dominant role of Burke, he is just a customer of the restaurant (let's forget the Jade question which is optional and in any case avoidable)
Due to his position as a B&R central figure, he isn't just a customer. The fact he's using the restaurant means he actually let a prostitution ring growing inside his school. Quinn and his girls couldn't do all of this without his approval. Moreover, he has to cover his own butt. As a married man of wealth and reputation, he can't let a scandal erupt without taking measures to protect his integrity. Quinn isn't a crime lord with guns, high level relationships and henchmen. She's a student whom apparently has grown in a toxic environment. Her authority and nuisance potential is very limited (just like Lily's lovers pointed out). Burke, on the other hand has wealth, influence, authority and relationship. If shit goes down, he won't just stay passive, letting Hots have a catfight.

That was the whole point of Quinn and Mona's discussion. A man in his position can't let the girls have her ways without taking personal assurance. If the real tuition is a real thing, it's quite unlikely the restaurant is lucrative enough to secure tuition for several students. Burke taking a sponsorship role makes sense.

Quinn & Riona may actually have a far more serious problem. Riona's angst might be justified, if Quinn's aggressor is revealed to be more than a regular junkie but part of a rival group. Riona being afraid that Vinnie talked to someone isn't trivial considering the guy is revealed to be a bigger drug seller than Quinn.

If Melanie is Chad's side girl, how come in episode 2 when he was in the locker room talking to his side girl, Melanie was at the treadmill with Sarah exercising. So, does he have multiple side girls or Melanie is not his side girl or Dr Pink made a mistake in showing Melanie exercising at the gym. I guess I'll find out at the end.
What rules out Riona as the side girl?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by strengthen the relationship with the players. From what I've seen in the forum's everyone is either pro Maya and were already aboard with the character or are just tired of being forced into more scene's with that character. Chapter six only made it worse for the latter. And with the big reveal being so ridiculous I can't even take that storyline seriously anymore. I'm dreading having to slog through more such scene's in future episodes.

As for Josy, DPC seems to have so far submerged that character into the relationship with Maya that she's virtually faded from existence.

I also don't think Quinn is going to have time to deal with Maya. No one has really talked about the cocaine issue with her and I feel like that's going to be a prominent issue amongst her future problems. That would also require Maya to return as a HOT. I don't think you'll see that again as Maya never wanted to be a HOT in the first place, has nothing but contempt for the sorority, and judging by her lines in the final scene, she seems to blame the HOT's for the scholarship thing as much as she does Quinn.

I don't think you're seeing Sage clearly either. If the Chad is gay theory issue pans out it's going to be a major blow to her psychologically, revealing her entire life at college to have been a lie.
