If we assume that Maya's father is watching her, it seems very unrealistic to think that he doesn't know the name of the girl who OFFICIALLY shares the dorm room with her.As a follow up to the Maya situation, does the dad even know that Josy got into B&R? I can't remember him ever discovering that fact. Unless DPC does something silly like make Burke and Maya dad in cahoots with one another...and Burke is feeding dad info on Maya/Josy/MC. And it would be entertainingly hypocritical if the dad is also secretly partaking in the restaurant services, or better yet the B&R homoerotic culture.
Anyway, if the dad doesn't know about Josy at B&R, then I don't understand why he is still stalking Maya at campus. She is theoretically going to be there for four years. How long does he think he can keep up his weekly(?) reconnaissance missions and still maintain his normal life and job? (And where the fuck is the mom, I still need to sleep with her btw DPC). It just never made sense to me. If you're that worried about who and what your kid is doing, then why let them go away to college in the first place? If you're that obsessed, then you would force them to stay home and go to community college, online school, conversion therapy camp, or something like that. Bah, I'm so over this dad drama. I just pray to the AVN gods that it doesn't drag on past ep. 8, season end.

It probably depends on the country, but the allocation of rooms in a dorm is not a particularly sensitive information, then we are talking about a father who wants to know with whom his daughter shares the room, by telephone insisting in Italy they would tell him 9 times out of 10.

Over here the only way you can get the info is if you show ID to prove that you are in fact the parent of said student to the person in charge of said dormitory (each dormitory has a different person in charge and all of them form some kind of a council where they vote for a bunch of stuff related to the dorms and they answer to a director of sorts who's responsible for sorting students in dormitories and etc.)

Judging by the final scene of Ep. 6 that he was in her room, he knew what her bedroom was. We literally have no info if he knows about that she shared the room with MC or is now in a room with Josy (unless Derek spilled the beans again and told him), so we can only grasp at straws.
