Are you trying to load a save where you used scrappy mod? If so, that's why it's crashing. You should try to start a fresh game and see if that'll fix your problem.

If you used a modded save or previously played a modded version of the game, that’s the spot it crashes. Same thing with the Josy scene from the previous update.
Only solution is waiting for Scrappy to update his mod.
