I think what he means is v0.8.1 but that is just a few hotfixes and can be downloaded as a small patch on its own.

IMHO the most rewarding, heartwarming and lovely of a all path choices, is Sage ending scene, also the Rooster leaf photo, and the texting with her. I love how naturally the relationship between the MC and she have developed, from merely sex and nothing else, to a deep connection, sharing intimates feelings and stories about their lifes. She's such an amazing character, and their relationship is natural and well developed.

I don't see the point in a big update. It wasn't by chance that he separated the girls. Episode 8 was an exception and was the season finale, so the time spent on development was understandable.
