I mean, he is the College principal (I think), we see him deleting mona's file, he is rich, he cucks jade and she knows it... How a poor College girl like quinn who came from a junkie Family can be more powerfull than burke?
I think quinn "works" for burke but can also not work and burke just uses the restaurant services but besides that burke can easily kick out quinn from College and she cant do anything about it.

Not only that, but Burke can literally pin everything on Quinn and wash his hands off all the things. Quinn has literally zero proof of Burke's wrongdoings, does dumb stuff to implicate herself all the time and is involved in drugs (which I believe that Burke isn't aware of). Inb4 anyone says that Quinn will pin everything on Sage, then for sure Burke will do everything to pin everything back on Quinn.

Yes Quinn is vulnerable to Burke like all the other girls. I think the HOTs are just trying to survive and he exploits them. Quinn doesn't seem to be studying anything so she is trapped in her 'lifestyle'.

Sage is hardworking, she doesn’t want to rely on her parents’ wealth and she wants to help her others, especially her sorority sisters…
Tybalt is an arrogant prick, he constantly relies on his parents’ wealth and he calls other people losers because they don’t have money...
So yeah if you mess with him I think it could be only positive for Sage. She liked the way the MC ruined Tybalt’s presentation.

I think the problem would be to be a customer of the "restaurant" once the secret explodes. In that case, Tremolo would know about Quinn´s business into the HOTs first hand, and would have not tell Sage. That would be a deal breaker with Sage IMO. And another problem would be to romantically chase both Quinn and Sage at the same time, the same way it´s a problem to try to seduce Jill and Bella at the same time. Not the threesome per se.

In the few scenes with Burke that we saw, he looked like a rather pathetic and unpleasant person. He's practically an adult version of Tybalt. What can I say Tremolo fucked his wife in his presence! There is nothing more humiliating.

The Tybalt-like side makes him seem like he can't be a serious threat.

I can't imagine him as the head of the system. If he's involved it would be because Quinn has dirt on him.

The higher you are, the more the fall hurts.

Burke, if he's involved he has everything to lose. By comparison Quinn has less to lose (no family, no money, no job).

Whatever his role in this story, if he's involved, he's trapped. Even if his role at B and R allows him to unilaterally fire a student (which we don't know), that will not prevent the student in question from making the evidence against him public.

As for Mona, we lack information. If she informed the college that she was dropping out, deleting her file may be the standard procedure.

I hope so but I honestly don't believe it, I don't see how he can get away with it. to date, and we're halfway through the game, and there's really nothing to be seen of this path to redemption. She lets herself go a little more with MC, but with the other characters she's exactly the same.

I can't even imagine what Burke was thinking when he could be caught at any second (considering that MС and Derek were hanging around all the rooms of the mansion). This leads me to think

2) He didn't want to fuck, but just patted the her ass, but Mona was so unpleasant that she ran away.

I would like to get a clear explanation. Because while the case "Burke molested Mona and wanted to fuck her" sounds incredibly stupid.

Sex between students is not the same as sex between a teacher and a student. Even Jade rents a motel to have sex with Tremolo, while Burke just sticks to Mona in the middle of a party. Although I agree Bella's act was stupid, but I attribute it to the fact that Bella just hasn't had sex for a long time and her brain just turned off.
