I don't see why she couldn't get a student loan, MC has one too, Maya has aswell but hers has been sold to her by an used car salesman so she thinks she's in trouble... Only problem seems to be acceptance this late but perhaps it's not impossible.
Most important would be staff that agree and offer the chance to take the missed tests later....

the problem is that the academic year has started, even for the loan is a fair problem
always without considering her very poor academic record. (I'm not saying that, Zoey says that they already turned her down elsewhere for that, and there wasn't the issue of the semester starting)

If after all the work i've done picking every DIK choice since episode 4 that boy reverts back into a sucker, imma do a new playthrough and have him end up with crab girl. Cause that's what he deserves.

That's because affinity changes MC's behavior very little, but it changes how others see him
a CHICK MC can donate money in church, a DIK MC has to go directly to the street

Thanks vogelbeest and lipe2410 this leads me to try and have a save without Jade Drama. In spite of the sex scenes it isn't really worth the trouble of going for a married teacher when so many MORE less problematic options are available, this isn't a Pokemon game after all.... (it isn't, right?)

I don't disagree with you on that. I know the MC thinks of her that way, but I as the player don't. Hence why I think it would've been better to have some interaction with Zoey earlier on (the messages she mentioned). So for me she's just "some girl from the MC's past". That's why I brought up Maya. For the MC, Zoey is indeed the girl of his past. However, for the player, Maya was that girl.
So I'm not saying Zoey is any better or worse or whatever than any other character. I just think DPC made a mistake by introducing her so late into the story/playthrough.

If you play with DIK choises your MC appear as snowflake with potty mouth (as Earl Grey once said), no more differences in main plot.

there is also the case that she can work at B&R... The planets will align and she and Maya will be able to work together? In the case where Burker offers Maya a jobLook I say this is for funtime but who knows nobody listened to me when I said that Zoey would be the protagonist of the interlude

Well, if you play the interlude for 6 or more saves for the several paths of your choice, you probably think you've been married to Zoey for 20 years or longer.... But joking aside, ofcourse if DPC had added more of her story earlier she would be more familiar already. But being halfway there's alot more story to come with all LI's, including Zoey and i think it's a good thing DPC tries a road less traveled by really introducing her late in the story instead of going for the easier path.
Besides that i have no doubt Zoey will be in the center of the story, she is not gonna be just one of the sidegirls, she will have an important role and we are just halfway so plenty of time for her to catch up.
It's likely she'll come visit and maybe stay with the MC a few days (and cause drama that way) but any options for her to stay at B&R permanently will come off as contrived.
I decided to try and play this game again, and I still can't get past this fucking DIK free roam segment after the cum-petition. I can't find anyone else to talk to or new areas that I haven't been to. What the hell do I have to do?

I don't think that's ever been an issue so far....
that she attends BR is a secondary problem, it is necessary to make her stay there, pink rose could be a solution, or college courses in graphic design not related to a degree pathway

Up the stairs, straight ahead till you're at the toilet door, right is the janitor closet, left the way down to the other part of the mansion, click that door, sometimes the arrows work a bit confusing there...
Oh, ok. That's really annoying. The arrow looks like it's pointing back the way you came.
