There is a scene in the library that is important for relationship progression with Quinn. If you are a chick or have too good of a relationship with Jill it won't happen because you will just see Quinn skulking off when she sees you talking to Jill. If Jill just invites you to the recital and fucks off because she isn't into you, you will find Quinn hiding drugs for Sally in the stacks. Then if you are a chick/neutral she will reject your suggestion to hang together and the Quinn path is dead.
