I'll bet the rumors are stories previous girls that were members of the HoTs when they were attending the college that either left, got kicked out by Burke like what he did to Mona or ones that graduated that blew the whistle under anonymity. I'd also imagine someone currently in the HoTs is spreading a good majority of the rumors too just to try and get more girls applying to the sorority that could be added to Quinn's prostitution ring.

That's just an assumption though, is it not? There hasn't been anything that connects the restaurant to her drug selling. Not saying the other girls aren't somehow involved with that but the only one that is ever seen dealing with that is Quinn herself. It seems unlikely that she would also use a prostitution ring to further her drug sales. But that's just me.
Depends on how you look at it, the girls are working for their fix... You can see the info somewhere before Quinn gets robbed.

I stand corrected on that one, been a bit since i played through it. But all the others she never did ask for money during the shower scene and hot tub scene. She also isn't on Quinn's list either since the MC can order every girl that's on it well before this. Which makes that scene above a little suspect. Maybe she's got her own thing going that Quinn doesn't know about or is just trying to take advantage of the situation so she won't have to give any of the money to Quinn.
Sarah asks for money if you're parterned with her in Gender Studies and leave class together. She also asks for money at the dorm party. She's also the one you pay for direclty through calling Quinn (just like everyone else on the menu) that you can have sex with at the Dik party. And if you do that one (instead of going home to Maya or dancing with Sage), she even talks about you paying her for sex while you have sex.
Never saw that scene cause i don't like Quinn and i'm a bit wary of Sarah considering her tongue always looks nasty in every scene she sticks it out. Makes me wonder if Sarah has herpes. Most of the playthroughs i've done i've avoided interacting with Quinn and Sarah as minimally as possible and always hostile with Quinn. At this point though, i'm going to assume that Melanie is the takeout option that's listed as sold out. So that at least confirms she's more for specific clients that Quinn gets the most money from.

Any music that's officially released has one form or another for the artists to receive royalties based on writing, composing, instruments played, song, etc for every time it's been used in games, movies, streaming, radioshows etc.

I don't know PremiumBeat, but i know several artists make use of platforms where you can download their work for a little fee.
Often you can purchase their work on their website or there's links there if they work that way.

Well, no. Sold Out is just what comes up if you already selected an option or if the option is unavailable to you yet. DPC just only made a few scenes for use to play through using the phone. Quinn doesn't directly tell us what our options are right away. If you pay for the sex scene at the Dik party that I mentioned, MC doesn't even know who he's going to have sex with.
