It's always amaze me that nobody asked this question to DPC, or may be they do but he just ignore it :ROFLMAO:, That How Many In-game year he is planning.
I agree with you. I can personal see 2 year in-game. and the finale is as you said some kind of Epilogue , He is the leader by that time and ready to graduating.
The idea of having your own Maggot son , I don't think that he gonna missing out that one:ROFLMAO:.
And Yes , Winter , Spring Break, Summer, these are all thing that at least once has to happen.

The problem with the Badik, that it has so much potential the actual "universe" he created. But as a One Man Army it is truly impossible to get the full potential out of it.

Unless, he would be able to create 3000 Render and 300 animation in a month, and finish everything else in an another. and Every 2 month there is an update. :ROFLMAO:
So that the MC is as a father for a Maggot son, I would be interested personally also. Whether there would be also new tasks for it. After all, Derek and the MC were the first to fulfill the complete Pledge Board.

Significant time jumps might make sense if DPC skipped the boring time. I assume so none of the players would want to see the routine of college time. So if there were jumps to the crucial points in the MC's college life, you could cover the entire 4 years.

Maybe the MC goes on a trip to meet his family or there is a time jump after the Halloween party to a Christmas party. But showing only these events makes the game boring at some point, because it gets repetitive. So there is a time jump to the end of the college and the farewell party.

But that is up to DPC.
Yes, but I think constant time jumps would get annoying very fast. Especially with the number and duration of jumps required to make it through all 4 years. But I think the greater point, like I said before, is how many new things could be done in year 2, 3, and 4 that we can't see and do in a complete (non-skipped) year 1? How many new students and teachers to fuck? How many free roam parties to attend? How many loan crises can we solve? I think 1 full year, no skips will be plenty of time to see and do everything (and everyone). And don't worry, that still take years at 6+ months of dev time per episode.

Whole-heartedly agree with everything here except maggot son. It would be amusing yes, briefly. But as I pointed out, the maggot son would be having all the fun and not MC/the player. Maggot son, not you, will be getting grinded at cumpetition. Maggot son, not you will be stealing panties, fucking teachers, and running naked through the mall, while you the player are a spectator.

At the risk of throwing fuel on this fire… There’s dramatic irony at play here. We know about Quinn and we know about the girls being prostitutes. As the audience we see everything so the characters actions mean something different to us compared to the characters themselves.

Maya doesn’t know the extent of what the HOTs are up to… and that’s an issue for all sides of the fence in tonight’s discussion. There’s been a lot of arguing because people are getting meta and discussing outcomes where she has varying shades of knowledge outside of what she as a character actually knows… Which is fine, but it isn’t worth butting heads over what hypothetical would be best if you gave increasingly specific outside knowledge to Maya.

But anyways, Tune in again next time for Mindern presents - Getting meta with Maya!

Maya knows that Quinn uses HOT girls to make money. The MC told Maya in EP2 when he warned Maya about Quinn.(y)
Maya doesn't explicitly know this. MC only says not to trust Quinn and that 'she's evil' with no specifics as to what he knows. Maya's only shown scene was where Quinn propositions her saying 'loose hips get tips' but there is no reason for her to infer that prostitution is requisite for free tuition. In fact, if she had pieced that together, then it's odd that she didn't confront Sage about it.

I understand how you mean that. But it may not be the number of time jumps that matters, but the length of time jumps. We don't have to have 4 Hallowenn parties, 4 Spring Breaks, or 4 Christmases.

For example, what would be so bad about MC having their first Spring Break in their second year of college because they somehow couldn't attend their first year of college.

Reasons for not attending Spring Break 1 can be found, Spring Break 2 is represented and Spring Break 3,4 would be skipped again because we had a Spring Break and thus the idea of what MC did there. Then for that there are other points in life in college year 3 and 4 that could be important for MC.
If we are going to get all four years then I think the best time for a time jump would be after the Halloween party because there isn't really a lot of new things that can happen between HP and Christmas stuff outside of dates with LI. I don't know this but I can see things going one of two ways one is we just get the first year of college and the end be one big ass epilogue episode. Two is we the first year and the last year of college and fill in the missing time with flashbacks.

Its depend on how He execute it. I would Gladly send Josy to grind on that loser , and then She walk Back to Me , Grab her Ass, kiss her Assuring my Dominance that she is mine
while I laugh at my Maggot son, who was not able to last more than 30 second :ROFLMAO:
We don't follow the Maggot kid when he is not around, We Follow MC as he makes his life a Living Hell :devilish::ROFLMAO:.
to them You are the Badass. The Cool Guy. They admire you, look at up to you. :ROFLMAO:

Imagen, they cleaning the shit, Jill show up all sexy, with her Expensive Car, You go to her Smack her Ass, lets go babe , and you just go with her and we continues out Main Story with Her and Mc, while the Maggots Jaw just dropped :ROFLMAO:.

It is all about execution:cool:

as for Time Jump, it can be manageable. We already technically have a massive one if we honest. I mean yeah, look. The first 5 episode tecnicaly was the first 2 , 3 at best , weeks. and now in episode 9 we will be at the end of October. More Time passed in 6-7-8 , then in the first 5 episode.
Its really the first 5 episode that slowed down the pacing in the first place. The Hell Week.
If I remember right, even DPC mentioned it, that yeah, that was something that take longer than He originally planned. The truly important part are the Seasonal events. Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter. The Day to day, or week to week, are no longer as important.

In some cases yes, when there is a specific. This Friday or This saturday, this and this happening. But look at this.
BeingADIK 2022-05-16 01-43-30-44.jpg

When we talk with Sage, She say, the meeting with her parent will be next week, We jumped to that week at the end. - of course this does not explain why he didn't tell Josy and Maya for example tha He either want or dont wants to be with them. - . But We often have to Ignore some minor inconsistency for the Sake of Plot :ROFLMAO:

The same time I don't think that This is chronology The second time When we get Intimate with Jill either.:ROFLMAO:
1824335_preview5.jpg

-Of course who know for Sure?! :ROFLMAO:

But DPC can Play around with the time, if he wants. The Reason Why I'm hesitant, because It would Require bigger Changes. Some Character should be removed, like Sage and Jill, while new should arrive. - And I think that's more of a Sole Reason Why it possible not happen.

I see talk of who will take over the HOts and DIKs after Sage/Rusty leave, but does anyone really think this game will cover MC's second year?
it won't. MC ends up framed for the drugs and prostitution ring way earlier. he's telling his story to his new family in jail something like springtime next year

edit: which, again, is 2027 in real time

edit 2: shit, I just realized only 5 years for 8 more episodes might be a tight schedule. I'll optimistically roll with 2029 from now on

I think 4 years will be unlikely. Max would be 1 year when all the main LIs are still in school and an epilogue to tie things up and closure.

I dont' get why the MC just doesn't just outright say it, to Maya or to Sage.
Because he will be guilty of using it. :ROFLMAO:

A, either he Use Quinn service, in that Case he is an asshole in the eyes of girls
B, He doesn't use Quinn service, It's his word against Hers. And Believe All Women

This is one of the things me and a lot of people dislike. DPC wrote it this way for convenience. If Maya knew exactly how Quinn uses the girls for money, she would know right then and there that Quinn is toying with her and would never get any free tuition unless she becomes one of 'em. No plot, no drama.

This has been an occurring theme in the game. For example, when Rusty asked Tommy who Maya was in front of Derek and Tremolo, Tommy was about to say she's Josy's bestfriend and then Derek interrupted Tommy before he said that and said she is his sister. More convenience for the plot to happen.

Yes. and that's what the "branching" is , nothing New , You already know this. I always considered you among the smart ones, so obviously you don't have unrealistic expectation about this branching right?.:) You don't think the game gonna be fundamentally diferent based who you chose to end up with?! You know it's not the case, surely it will have different experience and will have unique content of each branching, But this is already Exist.
The Branching, is already Exist in the game, it was just not Enforced.

And there are example of it in the game, We can experience it, what it's like and what it is mean. One of the better example is Episode 4. We have 3 different starting point, each with its own "unique" content, but each of them lead to the same Dik Party. The core of the game is gonna be the same, How We get there, and what can we do after we get there, will be the difference between the Branching paths.

Episode 8 has its multiple examples. The Josy & Maya path, is already a Branching, we dont have several scene with them if we not part of it. MC does not go to shopping with Derek, don't prepare his room for Josy and Maya, and dont have the birthday trip . And You dont have anything wiht them in the Dorm party.
But we do get, the mandatory scenes, We have the Study group scene, When Jill show up, invite all of us to her concert. or the Ending, When we visit Sage parents.
The same can be said about Jill. She invite you to the concert, but she does not invite you to her friends.

In the First 8 Episode. everygirl , regardless of Main Girl or Side Girl, all of them were in one big Bubble. We could literally go to one room to an another and Fuck each of them. :devilish:

Episode 5 : You visit Bella to talk with Cathy, Then Cathy suck your dick, you go back, and at night you making out with Jill, Sextext with Envy, and the next morning do Joga with Jill and Bella ,, making out with Jill again , then go to the Sauna and making out with Bella. after You visit Josy and Maya, and "hangout" with them, and then You Visit Sage, and Make out with Her.. Basically a god damn Harem Game:LOL:. And only after all of this , MC goes back to the Dik Mansion and give his speech, which is the Main Story, the final ending of the episode. - The Game Allowed us to play this way.

And Now, this is What the Branching will not allow us anymore.

I have no reason to think DPC meant it any other way. Now We only will get the specific scenes with the Girls we are on their path. You could play it already in a Branching way, in that case you did not get some of the scenes. And The episode would feel shorter.
I guess that's what DPC meant when he briefly mention about the challenge of the Branching. Each girl, or path have to have enough content, but it can't be at the expense of the Main Story.

I already write to much , Sorry . But The Way I see it, in Episode 9 , The Main Story, is the Halloween Party- as it should be- How We get there, and What possibilities will be there will be the difference between each Branch.
Jill and Bella for example have no reason to attend at the Party if MC is not dating with them. Josy ,Maya, Sage, are different in that case, because they are part of the Hots, But what We can Do with them there, is also will be depending on whos paths we are on. It's no longer will be a Fuck fest, Except in the "Others paths".

Main Story.

Jill Path.

Bella Path.

Others Path.

Surely, you didn't think it will be in any other way do you ? !:)
Honestly, I don't know what to think. DPC has talked a big game about all the branching, but as we said, what he's actually discussed so far isn't anything new. Why the disconect?

Maybe he's overhyping the same old formula to drum up business. Maybe he's building a crazy elaborate Schrodinger's Halloween Party. Maybe he doesn't realize people ever used the solo-path options he already coded into the game. After the Interlude I don't think DPC is bound by any notions of what *I* consider a good idea, so I'm just curious what the truth will turn out to be. Sadly, it will be a long wait.

You don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
It's Riona so it's not like any of the costumes are going to look bad, but none of those options is all that great. 1 is probably my favorite look overall (it's a good color and is definitely cute), but it's underwhelming for a Halloween costume. 2 is just flat out inferior to 1. The others come across as if Riona completely forgot to buy a costume, so she threw on some cat ears and figured no one would notice if she wore skimpy enough swimwear.

I mean she'd probably be right, but still, it's the principal of the thing!

The only choices I know of with color coding are those major ones you get after having attained permanent affinity - such as selecting your action with Derek at the party (helping him get revenge or not), or the test answers in the bathroom. There are 3 choices. DIK, Neutral, Chick. If you're a DIK, you can only select DIK/Neutral. If Chick, then CHICK/Neutral. Neutral affinity can select any of the above.
Not true, actually. Bizarrely, Neutrals can only choose the DIK or CHICK options, not the Neutral options. That's probably because the Neutral options require permanent Affinity and Neutral Affinity only becomes permanent after you make the final choice of Episode 8. So I'd expect those filthy Neutrals will be able to pick Neutral options in Episode 9, but like so much of Season 3 that's still speculative.

Ain't that the truth!

How likely is it that Josy will end up the new head of the HOTs by the end of the game?

Sage is graduating at the end of the year, so she needs to hand the reins over to someone else, and that someone would've been Quinn if she hadn't spent her days burning every bridge she had. So who can Sage turn to? Many of the other HOTs are in on the conspiracy, so some fresh blood would seem like a good choice.

Josy is an eager beaver when it comes to the HOTs, and she's also been shown to be good at dealing with people. She played Quinn like a fiddle on their first meeting, and outwitted her a second time in order to get Maya accepted. So it would seem like Josy has the social skills to be Sage's successor.

What other likely candidates are there?
I'd say the most obvious candidate is Elena, but AFAIK we don't actually know what year she is. Lily would probably be a great president if she'd prioritize the well-being of the sorority, but I have no idea if she'd actually do that. Josy has potential, but she'd need to get much better at telling people "No;" it took the MC's support just for her to cut short Becky's receiving line in Episode 8.

So I don't see a clear candidate, though almost anyone would be better than Quinn (unless Quinn has a serious revelation somehow).

I see talk of who will take over the HOts and DIKs after Sage/Rusty leave, but does anyone really think this game will cover MC's second year? I just don't think that will happen. I think it ends at springtime at the latest (hopefully to include spring break) and maybe there will be hints of MC taking over the DIKs in the epilogue but no way DPC does multiple years at B&R and certainly not all 4 year. Only a significant time jump would work, but I don't think everyone wants that. Players want to escort their MC along the journey, not lose vast tracks of time to a jarring time jump, only to be given a brief recap of what happened to MC during your story coma.
Show don't tell.

Unless multiple years are key to the story DPC is trying to weave, I think end of 1st year is the perfect time to conclude the game. MC will have experienced everything B&R can offer. He will have landed an LI, grown up, learned, and "followed his heart." He can leave for the summer holiday with an open and uncharted future. A second year would just be rehashing old territory, only this time it will be a matured MC musing at the antics of a new big dick pledge going through hell week, fucking teachers/students/staff/MILFs etc., and solving people's relationship and financial problems along the way. It's more fun to be the hero in the story than to be the wise old man giving advice.
In my opinion, the most important problem of the game is that there are a lot of empty and filler episodes in it. For example, this was episode 8. We could easily delete it and nothing would have changed! The Сrossroad could have been committed in episode 7 as well as confirmation of the theory that Sage is Jade's daughter. There is a problem with this. How many episodes will be fillers in the future, and which plot ones. We can already assume that episode 9 will be a plot. Too much has happened in episode 8 to let everything down. But what will be 10, 11 and so on?

Pink said that there will be a mini-game with party planning and we can assume that all future parties will be dedicated to a specific event.
Episode 9 - Halloween,
Episode 10 - Thanksgiving,
Episode 11 - New Year/Christmas,
Episode 12 - Valentine's Day
Thus, certain jumps in time may be eliminated. After all, in fact, season 2 is one big filler and it does not have such saturation as it was in the first season.

In reality there is little to reason and ask for

we know that it is Sage's last year (for that reason alone it makes sense to talk about who will replace her), what sense does it make for the game to go beyond the presence of one of the 5 LIs?

anyway we might find out who replaced Sage and Rusty in the epilogues of the game anyway

Who are you from the audience?

I that's a pointless question (no offense) assuming the game doesn't go past MC's first year in which many players think given the story's pacing/plot. Any sort of time skip of considerable length will likely be left for the end of the game/epilogue. I just can't imagine the game's story managing an MC still at B&R while two main girls have already left via graduation. At the story's current pacing I don't even know if we'll be make it to a 2nd semester.
