You have a thinking error. The MC, Sage and Quinn are planning the Halloween party and it will be at DIK. Ergo, they will definitely be partying at the DIK. If the MC is partying at the DIK, all the LI's could be at the DIK if the MC wasn't screwing with them.

My MC is with Josy and Maya and good friends with Jill, Sage, Isabella. What obstacle could keep Jill and Isabella from coming to the DIK Halloween party? None.

Yep, but Lynn having a child before you should also count the pregnancy time. So 3 years difference would be 3 years (unless you are traveling with the speed of light), also i assume, if Lynn already had a child in her underage years, her father would have locked her up in the top floor of a high tower.Just a quick note. Lynette probably did not give birth to her son until she was 19. The period of pregnancy should be taken into account.

Jill pretty much can be invited and go because she not only is friend wit MC but is also frend with Josy and even Maya and Derek for now. The problem can come in a path where Jill likes MC but he choose Josy and Maya.
Bella can be friend wit MC but she is also a teacher of B&R. And alchool is forbiden in the campus so she come to a party in campus where students will get wasted can put her in a really dangerous position in regards her job. I only see her take such risk in a path where she and MC are in a relationship imho.
