I don't know why this subject raises its head from time-to-time.

DPC has no jurisdiction over a web site in Tonga, so he'd be 100% wasting time and money pursuing any action against F95.

He has no jurisdiction over the locations of many of his patrons, so pursuing legal action against anyone is also a waste of his time and money.

He has a few options to handle us when we distribute his IP:

1. Do nothing
   
   
2. Send us a friendly warning, "Hey comeon choom, don't be sending my hard work out to people who haven't paid for it. You know I work day and night on this shit, it's my livelihood. It's what puts the caviar on the table. If my family can't dine regularly on the finest wagyu beef, they're gonna start whining at me. Ya feel me? You keep this up and I'm gonna have to put a stop to it."
   
   
3. Send us an angry warning, "Hey cunt, stop distributing my IP or I will fuck you up!"
   
   
4. Send us an amicable ban, "I don't know when and where you decided it was ok to share my images and hurt my business, and that saddens me that a long time... blah blah"
   
   
5. Send us an angry ban, "You fucking anal swab! You think you can steal from me? Fuck you cunt, you are out! No ifs, no buts, get the fuck off my Patreon. If I could, I'd send some heavies over your house to steal the caviar off your table! See how you'd like that! Rot in hell you thieving munchkin!"

And... so he went with the amicable ban.

With some of the games I actually back on Patreon currently, the devs come to the threads and answer questions and are friendly - DPC is the opposite, but with the way his paranoia operates with regard to F95 it's clear there's some bad blood there; whether it's due to some interactions he had previously with people here or something else, I don't know, but this place lives in his head 24/7/365.

You are very much mistaken. DPC explicitly states that all characters are 18 years old. In EP3 Zoey Flashback, the MC was 18 and Zoey was 19. Zoey even turns 20 in Interlude. Josy and Maya will also have been 18 when they first had sex, because otherwise DPC would ignore its own warning.

Assuming Sage is at least 3 years older than MC, Lynn would have been 15 when she give birth to Sage (i won't say it's not possible, just having a look at my own family). But this would (even as a retrospect) be underage and i don't think, DPC would do this.

Neil is not MС's biological father, so Sage or someone else may well be MС's sister. I certainly don't think it's Sage, it was just a joke, well, for example, some Jill may well turn out to be MС's aunt/cousin.

If the first season was fun and carefree, just about sex and drinking, then the second season was with a big bias in relationships and cheap romance like in soap operas. So don't be surprised if Lynette turns out to be alive or Neil turns out not to be MC's own father.

As long as DPC doesn't go overboard again like in Acting Lessons (the whole crazy stalker and one of your LI's being killed) I'm fine with the soap opera elements. Don't think this game was ever that realistic anyway and I think if the game just stayed focused on sex and having fun it would get repetitive. You need some drama
