No, I'm pretty sure he didn't fix the skin at all. She might not have the 'extra' makeup that we usually see her with, but she still looks like her face is completely caked with foundation makeup. Nothing about that skin looks natural to me, she looks like she puts it on with a trowel.

You have to play the Interlude only once, for the other playthroughs you only have do answer one question and skip the Interlude.
Can't help but i think the look changes cause of better rendering, just look at the hair (on the head, not the public, you hornys
). The whole face looks more realistic and natural (eg. the eyes), the new hair covers and shapes the head way better.
