Just to have said it... I always had the gut feeling that the MC will die at the end of the game
The start of the game already gave me that vibe.... kinda like the movie "American Beauty"

When the protagonist starts to tell the story with lines like this : "Even if you lose your family or if your family loses you..."
and than... "As for now? Let me tell you what happened"

It is really like in these movies or books where the protagonist tells the story but its like a look back on his life which is now ending...

And i dont know... yeah BeingADik is completely different to Acting Lesson AND way more lighthearted and funny overall. DPC himself made it clear that this will not go THAT dark like AL... but... well... i dont trust him one bit

I have long suspected that something bad might happen or has already happened to the MC that we don't know about yet. But it's nice that someone other than me noticed. Here is something to think about that is very strange.

EP1 could be not only the beginning but also the continuation of the story after a drama about the MC. Why is that?

There are two clues to that. One is in the game itself. Maya said to the MC when they were standing in front of the HOT's house that they were bitches. There was Camila, Sage and Quinn sitting on the sun lounger. Actually, the only thing that bothers me is Camila because she is actually a promise and has tattoos. A phoenix representing rebirth.

The second clue is in the open guide and refers to EP7 after Patrick leaves the room.

"Hug her if you have a Neutral or a CHICK affinity: + RP Maya. Maya will remember that you cared about her."

Why would Maya remember that the MC took care of her when he did it all along? I don't suppose Maya has a memory like a goldfish. Magna Cum Laude. But in EP1, when the MC is standing with Maya in front of the HOT's house, the CHICK MC is able to hug Maya and Maya's reaction to that was very positive, which is not really fitting for an introvert. Does Maya perhaps remember the hug from EP7?

But, while he may have said it, Zoey never was supposed to return either, or I don't remember DPC talking about it, and damn he made her the MC of S3 Interlude to boot.

Wonder if he really is the type of person to make absolute claims to begin with, I think he keeps doors opened just in case.

Cause if that so, since we 'made a decision' in Crossroads, in theory there should be only 1 MG left (2 with the throuple, which I think will equate to 1 in the end anyway). And that won't be the case.

DPC has planned with Zoey from the beginning. On the screenshot there is an apple to the right of Derek and a skateboard to the left. Strong symbols regarding Maya's apple in EP8 and Zoey's realization that she can skateboard better than surf.

This is the other side of the coin.
I'd say they're both as bad and together they can, especially mixed with the "milking dev" whiners, ruin a thread completely.

When it comes with BaDIK it's pretty much a fucking given that a majority of the girls have had sexual partners before, Jill expempted, and that's natural given the "realistic" setting of the game. I also accept this as part and parcel of the game as well as the really real world.

So I agree with your post and can only hope that the virgin fanatics you describe in your post as well as the NTR brigade start a support group or a Thunderdome somewhere and let the rest of us average Joes enjoy our discussions and banter.

I would LOVE an avn or game in which the MC has one or more rivals for the love of the LI's. Just being the only stud on the farm gets old real fast. And it would open so many options for good stories/interesting scenes/gameplay if you have to really do your best to win the heart or the unbridled lust of your best girl or favored LI's.

Well, you're absolutely right about that. To give a few examples of how long the problems take solving :
MC's problem of having a place to stay,
Sage's problem of being cheated,
Jill getting blackmailed,
Quinn's money problem,
Maya's money problem(yep, their problem was the same in core)
Maya&Josy feeling guilty about cheating,
Bella feeling like an adulteress
The fastest solved one was Riona's stalker issue if I'm not wrong, and it was nothing major tho apparently.

Well, the longest problem is mine because there wasn't a single Quinn preview for Ep 9 so far. JESUS

You can choose what you want. However, I do think that a proper closing conversation adds value over a cheap text message.

So from the flashback we learn that the MC wasn't sure if he felt love for Zoey or not. That's one thing the MC should clarify for himself, especially since he told Maya in EP2 that he doesn't know what love is.

If the MC doesn't know what love is, how can he be sure if he loves the chosen one Li or not. This is a question that the MC should ask himself.

The three words "I love you" are quickly said, but that does not mean so that the heart feels it.

Lately I've been more into redheads than usual. And for the first time ever I was struck by how unbelievably lovely Arieth is in this particular scene. But ONLY in this one time. No other is she looking really good in, usually average at best.

Overall I'm a bit repulsed by Arieth's looks, but really enjoy her character. Still, I'm a bit bothered that she has intruded into my real life. Being South Louisiana born and raised, seafood has been a staple of my diet and also my favorite. But I can't see crabs on the menu now without thinking about her, and it makes nights out sometimes awkward:

Do you have an idea where in the world B&R is located and where characters lived before attending college?

The location is fictional, even though you can see license plates and signs from the east and west coast. As far as I can recall, I've only mentioned San Diego and New York in the game for Zoey (MCs old girlfriend) and Catrin (Swyper), but I have no intention of placing B&R on an actual map. Some gaps are best left to be filled by the player’s imagination.
