That choice only has an effect on her own stats, she will be Dik or not depending on your choice there...
None of the choices made for Zoey have any effect on MC's status, actually i think before the interlude most MC's will be hardlocked into a status already....

Don't get someone else's save. Just play the game from the beginning, it is worth it. Take your time with it. VNs like this don't come out every day.
