Bro has the photos right in front of him. It should be right after the intro in ep11, MC's reading the diary in his desk, look at the photo, then looking at the wall and "WHAT THE FUCK???" calls Jill right away!

In terms of looks there is merit to this idea. In terms of ages there is a massive flaw. I've got the impression that the events of the diary are about a year before MC was born and at that point Carla and Bianca were already born. Of course I could have gotten it wrong about how soon Lynette's pregnancy is going to happen, but I doubt it's a five year gap.
So either they aren't Carla's and Bianca's mothers or I've massively misunderstood the timeline or DPC done goofed.

Don't worry, dpc will find a way, he found a way to make Bella to be also involved in Maya problem too.
But that picture can't be the major thing, because if MC choose Sage over Jill in episode 6, MC never get that picture anyway.

If you go on the date with Jill and to the bar with Tommy, the scenes will be blocked because MC feels guilty and he looks at the photo instead. He might also carry Lynette's picture around. Or a copy of it anyway. More of a reason for him to notice the house, but he doesn't have a good track record with stuff like that.
