First, if she fails the HOTs Scavenger's Hunt, I suppose she won't join the HOTs and that's that. She will have to find another way to get the tuition, like getting some well-paid part-time job, or she will have to quit college.
If she passes it, which is more likely and works better for the purpose of the game, she will do it with Josy and MC's help (make out with a guy, make out with a girl, threesome, etc).
In this case, she'll eventually be confronted by the hard truth, that she's required to prostitute herself and I think she will be in shock for some time, but she will refuse to do it in the end because she just isn't that type of girl. Maybe Quinn will try to stall from having to use her at the beginning because she can sense what type of girl she is, and wait until she thinks she'll get used to the idea. But I don't think Maya will ever be ready for that and the plot will evolve in other direction, one where she finds another solution, imho.
while she reminisces about her fun days with the Hot's and her infatuation with the MC often bringing in former Hot's and diks and how much they screwed their lives up in which she played a part in.
