I have mixed feelings about the game after episode 8. Once I commit to a girl, all the fun in episodes 1-8 ends. The author basically forces the MC to be faithful to the LI you commit to. Yes, you can flirt and even make out with one girl at the Halloween party (episode 9) but the cockblocking and blue balling is insane. You get one sex event at the beginning of episode 9 and one at the end and the rest is forced cockblocking. I guess it's par for the course since it isn't a harem game but episodes 1-8 played a lot like a harem game IMO (you could fuck and fool around with lots of girls). The whole tone of the game just changes drastically for me at least after episode 8.
Episodes 1-8 - 5/5 stars - near masterpiece
Interlude - 3.5/5 stars - meh... not my cup of tea
Episode 9 - 4 stars - minus one star for the forced cockblocking and blue balling
Episode 10 - 4 stars - more cockblocking and forced faithfulness to your chosen LI

Basically, this is true - game is not a harem and built on the principle of choosing the path of your LI and the relationship with her. But there is an exception, if you want to live the "college experience" to the fullest, then choose the Others path in Ep. 8. You get a completely different experience in Ep. 9-10 with much more sex, if you didn't miss the development with the side girls in the previous episodes.
There are almost no restrictions so far on Others, only the choice between a date with Nicole and Nora in Ep. 10, perhaps branching will be strengthened in the next updates.
