Basically, this is true - game is not a harem and built on the principle of choosing the path of your LI and the relationship with her. But there is an exception, if you want to live the "college experience" to the fullest, then choose the Others path in Ep. 8. You get a completely different experience in Ep. 9-10 with much more sex, if you didn't miss the development with the side girls in the previous episodes.
There are almost no restrictions so far on Others, only the choice between a date with Nicole and Nora in Ep. 10, perhaps branching will be strengthened in the next updates.

Don't commit to one of the 5 MG and you can fuck around as much as you want.

Is this not already a case? If not then you might wanna look for Sancho1969 mod which have many helpful things that do not break your game/saves for future. I always click Skip Interlude and Auto-Complete on some minigames for time save when I do multiple routes.

Btw,you don't have to be faithful. When you flirt with other girls in Season 3, if you've already chosen LI - you accumulate cheating points. We don't know exactly what this will lead to, most likely your MC will not be faithful in the future. If you like fires and fallout, then no problem. But there will be consequences.
