The lighting/angles help a bit, but that's who I see every time she's been on-screen in the game.

Yeah, I know her, but I don't see it. I would have never though of it. (And I'm still not convinced).

Midway through Ep 2 - after what should-have-been a date with Isabella (her house).

Is Isabella a Tsundere (my type of gal, although I don't go so much for classic tsunderes) or she's not a "real" romantic interest?
I am massive DIK at the time BTW (although I don't pick all the DIK options).

I really hope there's a harem ending there somewhere as I really can't pick between Josy, Isabella and Maya at the time (if Isabella is even an actual option). But neither of the girls I would be interested to continue with seem to be into one-sided polyamory... and if this game is faithful to the characters it seems a choice will come at some point.
(Even if we discount Acting Lessons as it's stated it should not form our expectations.)

The kiss with Bella at her home is kinda scripted, I don't think you can avoid that the first time, and yes she's married, but you have to fight hard to get the best things. The only LI who appreciate the DIK attitude is Sage.
You can't get points with Quinn, she's not a LI, she's the villain.

If you have doubts follow the WT.

I also like villains... And it won't be the first time that the villain is the LI. I can become bad, help her undermine Sage and steal the sorority, help her establish that drug and prostitution trade and then backstab the Jocks. Quinn the Villain certainly seems to prefer the DIKs from the Jocks.

Just finished another play session of this game to satisfy my need for the update dwl
But backfired big time only makes me wanna play the next episode even more f.ck dpc he made a game that's very hard to let go off. normally I play a game and im gud with waiting but damn this game is something else makes me thirst for more and then some.

Wait so is it guaranteed that DIK/CHICKs eventually get locked out from CHICK/DIK routes respectively?

My only playthrough is massive DIK but the content I've played kinda suggests that my Jill, Bella, Maya etc. points are high enough but I'd probably start a second save if routes die purely because of the DIK/CHICK bar. I don't really care if it becomes harder but is it impossible to be a DIK and stay on those routes, or do we not know yet?

From what I've got from the 1 1/2 episode I've played so far is that the big decisions have the big impact. I.e. if you cut-away all the Huge Chick dots, then it will be irreversible even if you start raising your chick score. I.e. even if you From massive Dick to neutral (it probably isn't that hard - at least where I am at) you will never be able to become Chick.

Every time you make a major choice, a bar from the DIK/CHICK path is removed for good, which means that at some point won't be able to do CHICK choices, if you are on the DIK path and viceversa; or, if your major choices were equally DIK and CHICK ones you'll be neutral.

Everyone's cheating on everyone. That's one of the themes of this game. Bella already being married means literally nothing because as a main girl we're able to progress our romance with her and be given the option to end up with her as the story progresses.

Oh I get that. I'm not asking if you can go from Massive DIK to Massive CHICK. I'm asking if you can stay a Massive DIK and have, for example, Maya.
The walkthrough implies there are points for each girl, so could you have gotten every single Bella point available yet be locked out from Bella's path purely because you're not a CHICK?
