The lighting/angles help a bit, but that's who I see every time she's been on-screen in the game.

Isabella is an actual love interest (LI), you can gain points with her, progressing with her romantically; unfortunatelly for you she's not on the DIK path (she hates that kind of behaviour). Being a Massive DIK is the better way to stay away from her or even make her despise you. As for harem I don't think it's an option here (there's no harem tag for the game), you fall for someone and stick with her, like you're supposed to do.

Why all the good ones are taken or leaving the city?

Quinn also has points and stuff (I think) but I really don't see her as a Love Interest. More like a Sex Interest...

The kiss with Bella at her home is kinda scripted, I don't think you can avoid that the first time, and yes she's married, but you have to fight hard to get the best things. The only LI who appreciate the DIK attitude is Sage.
You can't get points with Quinn, she's not a LI, she's the villain.

I also like villains... And it won't be the first time that the villain is the LI. I can become bad, help her undermine Sage and steal the sorority, help her establish that drug and prostitution trade and then backstab the Jocks. Quinn the Villain certainly seems to prefer the DIKs from the Jocks.

Wait so is it guaranteed that DIK/CHICKs eventually get locked out from CHICK/DIK routes respectively?

My only playthrough is massive DIK but the content I've played kinda suggests that my Jill, Bella, Maya etc. points are high enough but I'd probably start a second save if routes die purely because of the DIK/CHICK bar. I don't really care if it becomes harder but is it impossible to be a DIK and stay on those routes, or do we not know yet?

From what I've got from the 1 1/2 episode I've played so far is that the big decisions have the big impact. I.e. if you cut-away all the Huge Chick dots, then it will be irreversible even if you start raising your chick score. I.e. even if you From massive Dick to neutral (it probably isn't that hard - at least where I am at) you will never be able to become Chick.

Every time you make a major choice, a bar from the DIK/CHICK path is removed for good, which means that at some point won't be able to do CHICK choices, if you are on the DIK path and viceversa; or, if your major choices were equally DIK and CHICK ones you'll be neutral.

Everyone's cheating on everyone. That's one of the themes of this game. Bella already being married means literally nothing because as a main girl we're able to progress our romance with her and be given the option to end up with her as the story progresses.

By far the best writing I've encountered in one of these "Renpy VN with 3dcg"-games. Not saying it's fantastic or anything (moreso that other games in the genre have absolute dogshit writing), but the dialogues are overall well written and the characterization goes further than skin deep.

Nope, every girl has certain preferences, we have yet to see what's gonna be like in the long run, we are only at episode 3 but you should have a certain behavior to have a relationship with a girl you like.
For example Bella has some crucial hidden points (you see that in the WT): if you beat Troy (your roomate in ep1 - major DIK choice) you'll fight with him in the caffeteria in ep3 and she's not gonna like it; if you have bad grades she's not gonna like it, aka you'll lose those points, lose too many points included her regular ones and you won't progress romantically with her anymore.

I have three saves: one for my massive DIK play, one for my massive Chick play, and one somewhat neutral. In all I have all routes open, as far as I understand, as all three "doors" are open at the end of the episode for each of the saves. And while it's true that Sage tends to prefer DIK behavior and Bella Chick behavior, I believe their paths are open to me in each of my plays. But I have neutral affinity in all of them.

1) Nope.

2) The episodes will be more than 10 and less than 20 (DPC words), probably around 15.

I heard in the thread that the next episode is the last one in this first season of the game.

For me personally I am quite interested what happeneds if Tommy finds out we doing josy dwl since she now arrived at the college as well. will it become a big fight and we get kicked out the fraternity
