But they are 2 very different topics. Lynette is still a live topic for MC regardless of choices, there is still the diary that will be useful sooner or later. It is normal for mc to talk about it with his current partner, any pretext will do, as it was for his birthday.

If Zoey does not do something egregious, for which it takes "justification" to get to know her, I see no reason for mc to tell this story of hers.

And Zoey in general is very important to MC, even if they weren't "dating." MC says it himself, she was his first and only friend until the start of the game. His life sucked, and she helped make it brighter.

The way he shared the story with Bella heavily emphasized how alone he was, while with MJ he focused more on Zoey herself, and their relationship. He can share a shorter version that's akin to the first time, where it's more about himself.

Someone will eventually respond to you by saying "They don't even look close to each other aside from the jacket!!!11" but when they do, note that in the intro his model was used briefly, not even shown fully and that these two scenes are apart from each other by pretty much two entire seasons which means that it's entirely plausible that DPC might've altered the character's model for the preps' party. Also, he tells the other guy (who could be Rusty's father) that he rented a cottage up north after the 'Red haired guest' tells him that he's taking his family for a ski trip in the winter. Obviously, the ski lodge shown in the previews could be the same one and that's at least why the MC and the girls are there. Maybe MC's grandpa is the one to invite him there? Or maybe Rusty. But either way, it certainly looks like that's Tremolo's grandfather.

He looks pretty young, like he could be around Neil's age. I mean I guess he's one of the only candidates, but idk.

No, those are the "main girls". Originally they were meant to be almost 100% the focus but at this point the only difference between them and the "side girls" is that every main girl gets specific content every episode while not every side girl does.

As much as I love the game, the story and the art, I have to say that this is really pathetic. Why are 13,000 patrons supporting him and waiting decades for a game to finish!!!!!!
This game is going slower than real life. People read novel to get some fast forward stories, to delve into romance, fantasy or drama but the way this is going, this shit might take another 5-6 years to finish. We don't need tons of sex scenes when the story is this engaging, just go on with the story and there are too many routes. Hire more people or cut some routes out or merge it. This game is just going too slow to enjoy properly.

He already cut sex scenes, that's the only aspect he reduced. There were more sex scenes (related to total images produced) in the first season. Static lewds are not what is making development of an episode so long to produce. Nothing plot related is the issue here. Animations are (now longer and 60fps). Mini-games are.
But complaining is useless because now he will still make a lot of money without Patreon (GoG and Steam sell well). So he can take the time he needs. He won't hire anybody for this VN, it will never happen.

It really comes down to how many side girls are going to get an ending. In my opinion, based on current content and direction as it stands at the moment Rio is middle of the pack.

Best Chance at proper paths and endings: Quinn, Lily, Zoey, Nicole.
Good Chance: Rio, Nora.
Very Slim Chance: Jade, Cathy.
Tiny, Tiny Milton Copium Chance: Mona, Yoga Girl.

I never said zoey is not important. But her relationship with mc is not "canonically" in question. She is back, everyone knows that, there is no need to explain properly who she was, she is a childhood friend of his, that's all. then it can be anything, but there is no need or utility to do so.



The relationship, on the other hand, with Lynette is not defined at all, she practically did not exist, surely mc will discover many aspects he does not know and it is absolutely normal to share them with his beloved.

I still think Quinn will be the one that dies if any do in this game. Way too much bad shit around her for anything other than a rough ending. I doubt Nora will get an "ending" of any depth, bit too late in the game for that. I think Jade is probably a good chance but it'll probably be a calamitous one, but with Cathy it feels like the last episode scene was the "payoff" for her arc.

Zoey will probably have an ending but I don't get why, that character has fuck all to do with the plot and it almost feels like DPC has realised she was introduced way too late to have an impact. For all the claims of minigames being a time waste, I think the entire Interlude is singlehandedly the biggest waste of time given it only has a single choice of note in regards to whether Zoey is Dik or Chick.

Nicole better damn well get a great ending.

People didn't realize that Geoff is Jill's father back when it wasn't yet revealed for the same reason, that he looks too young. He looks older than both Geoff and the red haired guy though, and I reckon he could be in his late 50s, maybe early 60s but just youthful-looking.

No idea how much it costs to rent one, but if it's expensive then maybe it wasn't the MC who paid to stay there.
