I dunno why people put all blame on Mona departure to Quinn. Mona rejected Stephen so she got erased from college. Just the same way as Stephen rejected Maya's tuition once she mentioned the "rumor" about what Stephen knows is Quinn's business. I wouldn't be surprised if Quinn is just a pawn of Stephen regarding the "restaurant". Didn't Stephen mention to his therapist in the backstory that he may have found new motivation in life in different field?
