A tongue sucking scene that you only can chose as DIK and if you miss her blowjob in Episode 5, you'll need to be DIK to get the next one. But I think it's more of a "having guts to demand something", similar to when asking Envy for anal early in the game.

But again, that might be a Bella thing, considering how the relationship develops.
It's like two best friends, you can just date one of them, but the other will turn up now and then. They're not a package deal in the sex stakes though, even if they might occasionally get the other one involved in a threesome.

I think the hardest thing for me to do in the game is come up with good pet names. I try to avoid cliche ones like Red for Sage/Tiger for MC, or have Cammy call MC "Papi", or something fucking cringe like Rio calling me MC-san
