The preps party is Quinn's attempt to forge new business connections, because she's short on cash. That's why she stands up Tommy and the DIKs, because the HOTs were supposed to attend the DIK ceremony. She tries with Tyballs at first but he's completely uninterested in dealing with her, so he has her go to Rich instead. And all Rich seems interested in (or all Quinn offered) was coke. It's all basically a one time thing in the end. As far as the other preps using her "services", guys like Christian and Gordon seem fine with getting girls the normal way. And Patrick was just a joke.

Burke is also confirmed to use the Restaurant, he could have quite easily phoned Quinn for a take out to be told ubee eats isn't delivering today and to go to the hole if he is that desperate.

Not that I think it is Patrick, I am still inclined to believe it was a prep. But since you brought Patrick, maybe he knows Stephen and was convinced to use the restaurant. I know is Far-fetched. But with Patrick probably getting no action from his wife, and the scene of Stephen filling out Maya's name (and then retracting)... There could be a connection between the 2.

It can be burke or it can be other people at the higher level. Remember, the scholarship fund is a sham for prostitution. There's a possibility that it was Prep, judging by his hand he looks young to be a male teacher we can also cross out Tyballs and Rich because it does not much there skin tone. Why would Stephen use the glory hole? Well to me it seems that Stephen isn't a customer, but part of the management. So maybe a test run/inspection before the new customers (freshmen) settle in.
