They can get away with it if no one reports them to Patreon, but there is Patreon spies here on F95. In the case of some of the bigger ones, I'm pretty sure Patreon just looks the other way. But there is have a lot that I am aware of, that have had their Patreon suspended or removed with step-parents. In some cases, they didn't even have incest, but a fan made patch posted here and they then had to prove to Patreon that it was not their patch.
