No, Bianca only finds out about the cheating if we're dating Jill and choose to spill the beans. Otherwise she's currently unaware—but that could change, they aren't exactly discreet.
If the winter getaway is canon, then yeah we'll probably have plenty of non-Jill interaction with Bianca. If the only other path is just Bella, then same thing.

Wow.. I didn't even notice the kissing couple during Quinn's meet was them as well until now.
I thought she wouldn't find out, but the Miraheze wik states that Bianca is single ep 10 onwards, not that that might be the case (only when MC tells her).
Then again, that wiki has been wrong in more occasions (like Tiffani being the least intelligent of the dorm girls insteadnof Becky). I do wonder why Tiffani would be a dorm girl instead of a HoT, she seems perfect for it with her mentality. Maybe she tried to pledge in a year where it was mandatory to join Quinn's restaurant to stay a HoT and she didn't want to?

That's why I'm asking, not stating it. Quinn mentioned since the beginning they need the restaurant to get enough funds to run the HOTs. It's also said a couple of times during S1 that getting more girls will stress extremely on the budget.
Quinn in general has enough power (until M&J went to Ari instead of her with the proof) to stop girls from joining if they didn't want to.Hell, we even notice that if it was up to her especially Maya wouldn't become a fullfletched HOT.
I think it's just weird that with Tiff's mentality, she wouldn't become a HOT if it wasn't mandatory to become part of Q's restaurant during the year she tried to join.

You didn't ask about it being mandatory, you asked (twice) if that's why Tiffani didn't join the HOTs, as if that would be the only reason.

That's the only reason I can think off: She's hot, she's a woman and likes to go wild during a party. So far that we've seen, every girl prior to these MC's years pledges that are still on campus became HOTs.
