It's already clear that you don't need to make a sex tape under any circumstances, even if you don't plan on dating Sage.
Burke leaves Jade very little money when he divorces her, and Jade is smart enough to realize that the video was leaked by the MC himself.
So you lose both the opportunity to be in a relationship with Jade and Sage.
But on the other hand, it's a very important part of the overall intrigue. Finding out exactly who leaked the video. It's especially funny considering most players avoid it.
I have a sneaking suspicion that even with the leaked video, nothing much will change. Sage is too important to the overall plot, she won't run from MC the whole game and just forgive him.
Well and besides MC manages to be friends with everyone. Even if you piss off Jade and Sage, I don't think anything will change except that their branches will be blocked for you forever.
But Josy and Zoe will always be available, lol. I think even if MC has a bloodbath on campus Josy will be running around like a dog. That's so sweet.

i'm Guessing that with the past story, if we didnt step up to get our own finances for the diks they could've lost the house by now.
Daddy Burke is propably financing the mansion as well, provided that the diks share pictures and video's they come across with him and alow him to place camera's. propably a deal he made with Tommy. he propably has deals with several other people as well. hence jade's video is shared with daddy burke soon after our hell week, if we desided to make one.

As for me, seeing i went for the most points during hellweek i desided that on all walkthroughs that Derek may do the teacher task

The guide indeed does state that. I'm still flirting, kissing and the whole shabang as long as I can, but I choose not to fight for her so I would not be on her "real" route.

5. Finally, this is a huge one, Bella herself. If Bella finds out something is off and you are not being genuine, she will tell Jill, you are not good for her to date. (We see this when we fail the requirements with Bella).

It's a shame that MC (so far) can't break that promise to Bella that he won't play Jill anymore. After that we directly get the choice to not fight for Jill and then it's over. Unfortunately no more kissing/flirting/whatever with Jill while on the Other route to build up more distrust with both Jill and Bella.

Yeah, all of that is absurd too, although in the case of the party, she was drunk and wanted to make Chad jealous by banging the guy who had humiliated him at the coffee shop by standing up to him, to get revenge for him cheating on her. She was using MC. At first Sage is a manipulative cunt, and real quick she becomes saintly Sage, for some reason and cares a lot about people, when at the beginning of the game he was blackmailing MC using his guitar and didn't give a shit if he got in trouble with Chad and the Alphas because of it.. And when she and MC fuck with Quinn, she says that doesn't go out of the room and a few days after that, she says to the DIKs she's going to fuck with him and other girls... I suppose the characters actually never had sense anyway, and that's going worse every update.

Rage-Sage is not Real-Sage, especially after the Magic Dick Injection.

Did DPC ever say which variants are canon and not canon? If not, it might also be the case that the scenario where you didn't have sex with Jade/didn't tell Derek about it non canon, but the sextape scenario is canon.

I haven't gotten to play chapter 10 and I guess I'll play 10 and 11 together, but from the NSFW previews and some of the Halloween party details, like Sage telling MC out of nowhere that his plan is for them to fuck other girls (and he even tells the DIKs, as if she suddenly doesn't care about privacy) and do other sexual things without even asking him first, it seems like DPC has decided to forget about character development and plausibility, and turn the game into a “all the Lis are brainless sex freaks and fuck everyone, no matter sex or age, whether it comes to the point or not”.

Canon is something that happens or doesn't happen and there is nothing that you can do to avoid it.
Non canon is stuff that may or may not happen depending on your choices.

I personally don't think there will be a certain route you'd have to take for it to be cannon, as all actions you take will always lead to the same outcome. Like at the Halloween party when you Heather tries to use tremolo. No matter if we reject her or allow her to use you, the outcome is the exact same. She will still fuck nick after and feels guilty after.

The only thing that happens is you get different scenes from the outcome. But it doesn't effect how the story will moves forward. I just play it how I think tremolo would act on the run I'm doing.

I find this hilarious, because of the Lily run I’ve been playing. My choices have decidedly been all over the place, but I haven’t done much to encourage the main LI’s. So, I thought... Bella must really be thirsty though. That librarian has been all over my MC with very little encouragement. That and with Sage constantly tempting him. *sigh* It ain’t easy being a rockstar, green, trouble, chick magnet! Why does it get harder turning all these ladies down every playthrough?

I finally understand that your point is that in the end the sextape might be part of the canon route, but until (if ever) we know that for sure, it's non-canon for the story.

Yes, uncanny. Most of the faces in this game look like they were moulded out of plastic. They don't have wrinkles, or spots, or blemishes... And their facial proportions are totally messed up. There's an obsession in art with making female characters "pretty" that frequently leaves women with facial features that would scare the crap out of us if they belonged to an actual human being. What makes it worse is that it tends to be the same face over and over again (tiny nose, giant eyes and lips). Don't get me wrong, i love this game, but it would be nice to see a more normal looking female models.

i fail at this almost everytime xD if i focus on just 1, i almost always have to step back a couple saves cause i fuck up and fuck someone im not supposed to out of distraction and/or guilt..
the final choise after talking to the cucks gf at the breakfast table is always a gut punsh xD

Again, we don't know that. For example:

If we have a game where in the end you can choose between moving to another town or moving to another country. The moving out of your current place is always canon, because that always happens. We won't know what the canon ending is until the dev says so or the sequel makes it clear which choice MC has made.

Same could be said with the sex tape.
