And also I think it was at least insinuated that the photo from the diary was taken at Lynette's house before she was forced to move away.

It's insinuated but not confirmed. The house could have belonged to any of the 3 girl's parents. If I'm not mistaken, I thought Lynette's parents were living in the renovated place at the time of the photo. Not entirely sure about this.
Can you share a screenshot please of them saying it belonged to Lynette's parents? I don't remember it being anything other than an allusion.

After you have sex with Jill, the game shows Jill's photo fade into Lynette's. It's never stated in dialogue because no one is currently aware of the connection, but if that's not a confirmation then idk what is.
The Riona is dead theory I think is just a dig at her fans. She's not dead. There's zero chance they're throwing a Christmas party if Riona is dead. Not caring about Mona leaving? Maybe. She was a freshman & plenty of people find college to not be their thing after experiencing it. Riona disappearing & all of the HOTs not working to find her? Not happening. I can't see Sage being okay with "note" saying I'm leaving school forever.
A confirmation would be words specifically stating that it was Lynette's parents house. It's a strong theory / assumption. But it's not a confirmation.
If you dismiss the visual storytelling, then yes, we have no confirmation.
But there's two other girls there. The only thing that those pictures are telling me is that Lynette was tied to Jill's current house in some way. Whether it was the house of a friend or her parent's house. The answer has yet to be revealed. I'd say it's a strong assumption that it was MC grandparent's house.
