I think all of this speculation here is due to boredom & waiting out the release. The Josy Maya revelation was a surprise because there was no indications that I saw that said they were in a relationship with each other. So to think that there's a chance that the culprit can't be anyone until it's revealed is wasted effort.

James can be dead or alive. There's no hard evidence any way. Same with who MC is related to. There's been nothing to this point that says he's related to Rusty. Or anyone for that matter. The house that Jill's parents live in isn't confirmed to have been MC's mother's house. I may be wrong there but I thought they just said they bought it from a friend.

All of these theories & speculations will be revealed eventually (perhaps). And then we can go back to see what foreshadowing DPC added before the grand reveal. If any.

There's a total of 4 prominent non-white characters in this game. Two are essentially prostitutes, one is a stripper & the 4th can't just be a guy, he has to be a traitor. Very interesting.

I hope Sally isn't a virgin. It wouldn't make much sense for Sally to have been in a relationship with Magnar for an undeterminable period & still be a virgin. I know how some people feel about love interests with a sexual history, but can we not have all of the women be virgins.

I got the impression that the Sally/Magnar relationship was more on Sally's side, with Magnar too focused on his studies to notice the body being thrown at him...

And also I think it was at least insinuated that the photo from the diary was taken at Lynette's house before she was forced to move away.

Okay. Let's assume race has nothing to do with Jacob being the primary suspect of a lot of people here.

Can you give specific example(s) of Jacob doing something suspicious that would indicate he is the traitor at this point in the story? And if possible, can you share a screenshot of the example(s). If not describe the scene & I'll look for it myself.

It's insinuated but not confirmed. The house could have belonged to any of the 3 girl's parents. If I'm not mistaken, I thought Lynette's parents were living in the renovated place at the time of the photo. Not entirely sure about this.

I agree it has nothing to do with race. Can you provide any examples of Jacob being suspicious at all in the story to this point to be a suspect? Aside from the face that anyone can be a suspect until it's revealed who they are.

The Riona is dead theory I think is just a dig at her fans. She's not dead. There's zero chance they're throwing a Christmas party if Riona is dead. Not caring about Mona leaving? Maybe. She was a freshman & plenty of people find college to not be their thing after experiencing it. Riona disappearing & all of the HOTs not working to find her? Not happening. I can't see Sage being okay with "note" saying I'm leaving school forever.

But there's two other girls there. The only thing that those pictures are telling me is that Lynette was tied to Jill's current house in some way. Whether it was the house of a friend or her parent's house. The answer has yet to be revealed. I'd say it's a strong assumption that it was MC grandparent's house.
