Imo this game has many bangers in all kinds of genres, but I think this is my top 5:

Idk about suspicious, at least right off the bat. Curious, yes, but there's nothing wrong about coming to the library often. I'll agree it will look suspicious if Quinn doesn't make it look good: sitting down with some books, appearing to study, checking stuff out, etc. We never see anything like that though, so she probably doesn't.

Maybe it is so because fact has been established in the Jill path that they are free from any diseases, but if MC were to cheat in future maybe with Becky or Bianca (maybe Bianca caught it from her cheating partner), Jill will come to know that MC has cheated.

Also through meta gaming We as players know that every one with whom MC had sexual relations before Jill were also free from any diseases.

So the source of STD would be new arrivals.
