Idk about suspicious, at least right off the bat. Curious, yes, but there's nothing wrong about coming to the library often. Maybe it is so because fact has been established in the Jill path that they are free from any diseases, but if MC were to cheat in future maybe with Becky or Bianca (maybe Bianca caught it from her cheating partner), Jill will come to know that MC has cheated.

Also through meta gaming We as players know that every one with whom MC had sexual relations before Jill were also free from any diseases.

So the source of STD would be new arrivals.

Yeah Tiff doesn't count, I guess because it's not part of a gallery scene so DPC didn't consider it? But neither is the Cumpetition (for some reason), and that was originally left out too.
