Just delete the folders where you used scrappy mod allongside with the saves folder in Roaming

You could do a fresh season 2 install from this post and then earlier in the thread there's saves you can download. That's what I did to play the update. Once Scrappy updates the mod I'll play my own personal ones.

The Sancho save fixer worked for me from ep.9 onwards regardless of if the mod is updated or not.
