Don't pick 2. I am not sure if how much you flirted with her in the past plays a part as well. Like grabbing her ass on Halloween, and the snowmobile

All you need to do is look at the phone and check your task list once in a while to see who you need to talk to. That should only take 5 minutes tops to get through all the dialogue if you do that. And you then admit to not looking at all the paths and wonder why everyone is now friends with each other or why their stories seem half done. Do you even hear yourself?

I think he especially emphasizes the whole free-roam section which includes mini-games, even though you can disable mini-games, free-roam still exists, and it takes too much unnecessary time to go through.

You can't defend the writing in this update, as you proved by literally not doing so. He has every right to his opinion about us needing to be able to turn off the mini-games at some point other than JUST the very beginning of a playthrough. Especially when DPC completely fucking alters the mini-games going into S2 and will clearly once again do so in S3 bc he can't stop fucking with them. Like maybe if DPC would stop fucking with the mini-games he'd realize his own fucking story is contradicting itself.

I like that compared with most games where the moment you get a full scene with a LI you fuck her one more time and then its epilogue, where the chase is 95% of the relationship. I like that we experience dating them, my problem is with the morality systems and arbitrary routes. I think those and ofc DPC predisposition for cheap drama is what makes it a bit frustrating.

Think about it in another game, maybe you have the cheating opportunities, but you don't have a morality system that makes you auto accept, or auto reject certain things making it even more frustrating to navigate, it feels like you are a hamster that can leave the maze only in the path DPC wants you to.

That's the thing I really feel DPC misses the mark after ep8. After confirming relationships at the end of ep8, I really think that the focus would be the relationship itself. Sure, we as boyfriend/partner should definitely help our LIs solve their problems, but not anxiety-baited drama or a plethora of cheating propositions, to the point that the relationship itself is overshadowed by the drama, like throuple route especially in this update.

Updated my compressed Android port of Being a DIK S3 with Scrappy's multimod to v0.11.1. S1 & S2 port is also available below in two options, very compressed or less compression. Very compressed is smaller but the videos can be a bit pixelated as a result.

Got some basic gestures loaded in: swipe up for save menu, swipe down to hide UI, swipe left to rollback and swipe right to skip. Save files are now stored in the Documents folder. This sometimes means that you may need to close and re-open the port after installing so the save folder is properly created.

S1 & S2 install instructions:

1. Download zip file
2. Use an app like RAR to unzip the file. Standard browsers have issues with large zip files
3. Install the apk file from the zip file
4. Run the game once to load into the menu and then close the game. This will allow the port to set up the required folder in your Documents folder
5. Move the archive.rpa file from the zip file to Documents/Eonor/e.beingadik.s1/game
6. Restart the game

S3 install instructions:

1. Download zip file

If you have previously played the first seasons and want to get straight into Season 3 but don't have the required file, I have included a link to a version of BeingADIKSeason2Transfer1366998845 with several different routes. You can add to Documents/Eonor/e.beingadik.s3.

Please let me know if you encounter any issues with the ports and I'll see what I can do to get them sorted.

The most annoying thing about this season for me is that you have to constantly replay. The game has become too branching, there's a lot of variables. To open a scene, if you don't have a save for example, you have to go back to the first episode and start playing again.
This is bad for several reasons.
First, it's bad for immersion. For example, how did I know Jade was Sage's mother? Why should the game penalize me for not knowing? Maybe there were some hints in the game? Sage was completely different by then, she wasn't interested in a relationship, so why should I worry about what I did before? What's the point?
Second, replaying turns into a chore. You stop enjoying the game and do everything automatically.
Third, you become afraid of making mistakes. You're forced to roll back to play perfectly.
But then your experience is not unique.
I'm saying this from the perspective of someone who doesn't like to overplay. I don't like to make many saves, it's bad for immersion, I prefer 2-3 paths.
But I really like Sage and now he's making me play the way he wants to play, not the way I want to play. It's really really annoying.

I didn’t do it because I didn’t feel like it after it was obvious that he was skipping through everything. Just like I have my right to say “git good and pay attention”. “It’s contradicting the story” says the guy that was already proven to have missed the point.

Maybe it’s because I grew up in the era where if you couldn’t figure out how to beat a video game on your own, then tough shit, hope your parents let you call the 1-800 hint hotline, but having to take thirty seconds to read what I need to do is not that big a deal to me.
