Being mad at her blocks off 5 points out of 13. So you must make the right choices in every other ones. Yes even tell derick that she's a better friend than him.

Finally got around to playing a few other paths, and I gotta say I did enjoy the small Mel/Sarah scenes and messages. Cami grew on me even more this episode. She is moving up my list of LIs. I did feel there was a missed opportunity given on the topic of flirting in class. However, in the absence of Rio and Quinn scenes, she was only behind Sage and Lily for me this episode.
That choice doesn't mean anything though we know MC loves derek and would do anything for him. Btw what does he say if you tell him Zoey's a better friend and fail to get the papers?

It's also teased quite heavily in ep 11 that Sally and Yoga girl might get routes as well in the last couple of episodes, but yes so far those you mentioned are the only serious LI's you can get in Others.
