I (and others) have been telling people since episode 9 the clues were there (Lily was in love, just wouldn't/couldn't admit it), but only a few could see it. I surely thought after the mega hints in Episode 11, more would see it, but guess not.
Gotta be honest, Lily isn't even in my top 10, but after this episode that relationship is one of the most interesting for me to see how it progresses.

I found the Bianca scene underwhelming so saw it, then reset back to a save and ignored even seeing it... I personally prefer Jill and Bella's individual paths as more rewarding.
