Dont think so, there is a somewhat breakup between Sally and Magnar. After episode 6 you basically dont see them together anymore and she is starting to go on every party with KRJ. And its hinted that she has some issues with Magnar.
It is obviously no coincidence that she is now partying around the DIKs, but i dont think that this is Magnars doing, i think she kinda left Magnar and the nerds. And i think they figured out that she is not that smart as she claims to be.
She is buying drugs from Quinn, and is obviously not that smart. I guess she was busted and Magnar kicked her out.
About a "plant" or maybe lets call it spy... its Ron. Its shown in the last scene that he is practically the Henchman from Magnar, and it is shown throughout the entire game that Ron is nearly at every party and so many times close to the MC since the very first episode.
I dont get the feeling that Sally is involved in everything. No... i dont even think she knows anything about it.
She was close to Magnar for her own benefit, cause she knew she doesnt have a chance at college without help. But as i said, that is not the case anymore, i think Magnar kicked her out.
