It's specifically whether you've invited Tara. Attitude isn't included, so MC can be initially an ass to her, but change his mind during the episode:
Python:
$ mc_info = ["{size=-1}Pull a mean prank{/size}","ep11_pp_kp_prank_event_label","{size=-1}Let them handle it{/size}","ep11_pp_kp_boot_event_label","{size=-1}Confront Kylie & Penny{/size}","ep11_pp_kp_confront_event_label",not ep11_invited_tara]
The last part, not ep11_invited_tara is the decision switch.
Ah I found that code as well, but didn't understand that switch. I thought it meant that Tara wasn't invited to be able to get that option, I found that strange.

I do wonder if it will have any repercussions in the future if we pull the prank on them while Tara is around. So far there is no callback to the code "ep11_kp_choice = "DIK"" other than a report update at the end of the episode.

does anybody choose to play the concert on the non jill/bella paths?
Yes, don't forget that Tybalt is going to be playing at the concert and fingers crossed it's another opportunity to embarrass him publicly.

I don't think it will go on further than spring break. The end of school year stuff will probably be in the epilogues. The reason I think this, is because I'm pretty sure spring break/mardi gras is usually the biggest fuck fest of the year for college students. Just stop the story on a high note.
There's no way DPC's going to miss the opportunity to make us write those finals.

Is there actually any benefits of doing a chick run from Ep9 onwards?
I only have DIK/Neutral runs and honestly the only MG I would consider CHICK status being better is Jill, but in Ep 10 and 11, she seems to not be so annoyed by the +dik choices.
Personally I like the CHICK interactions with Sage a lot more than DIK, it gives more depth to their relationship

The only thing I have to complain about in this episode is that I had to play while knowing Rio was completely beaten up and tortured. That made me feel absolutely miserable the entire time. I honestly think that DPC should have at least let us be with her—even if it was just two renders at the end: one of the MC knocking on her door and another of him hugging her.
The only reason the MC would know she was "interrogated" was if you were on Quinn's path, when she admits it to the MC.

Any other path, you just think she's off sick... unless I missed a conversation somewhere.

Another thing that amazed me was Bella figuring out Derek and it pissing Derek off. That deal she made with him is pretty sweet

Unless (like in Harry Potter) MC for some reason leaves B&R after spring break. This could be for any reason, including extremes like B&R being destroyed or something :devilish:

I personally try to look at each playthrough as it's own world and try to not take into account the 'meta' from non-made choices. On my Bella playthrough, Bella was not capable of doing it because Jill and MC were never more than friends. So since that option never existed, she was not given the opportunity to consider, or be capable of, it. ;) Helps to try and keep things "sane" in my headcanon.
I look at it like the Dark Matter series (with Jennifer Connelly). A huge multiverse, the same people, the same personalities, but at a certain point they made a different choice. That is, they are capable of this, but they did it differently in this realm.

But that's not a distinction Sage makes there. She is talking in absolutes like a Sith. Plus, what does it matter if Sage intends to take MC or not? It's not something MC's actual girlfriend knows, and to that girlfriend the optics of Fuckface hanging out with Sage and hanging out with Zoey are basically the same -- MC is hanging out with his ex, potentially in private. They're both just as uncomfortable, but Sage is giving herself a pass.

Not to mention when you take pictures with her during the Halloween party she has no real issues with flirting with MC, and doesn't really mind him doing it back at all:

View attachment 4642078

Sage was pulling a Bianca before Bianca was even a thing.
Look at what she says, we both know you shouldn't LOL

Bianca does not say that infact she breathes into your ear when you grab her ass

Aside that point, there are friend groups in real life that have fucked each other but know it didn't work out. Same thing applies here, Sage has made it a point that if fuckface's relationship does not work, he knows who to call.

Additionally Jill knows about Sage and MC past, but she doesn't know anything about zoey.

This only happens if you are on Jill's path. There is no requirement to be on Jill's LI path to get onto Bella's. Once you befriend Jill, up through the first tennis date, do not do anything romantic or touchy-feely, and Jill will comment to Bella several times that there doesn't seem to be a romantic interest from the MC. So you can't be seeing Bella behind Jill's back if there was nothing going on.

Jill does get annoyed/upset at Bella for starting to see someone she tried to fix Jill up with, but with the "friend" path timelines, there's nothing malicious or behind anyone's back.
As a Bella simp, she fucked up, there's no way around that.
On a CHICK playthrough she actively encourages Jill to date him, on a DIK playthrough although she tells Jill he's not a good choice she dates him still behind Jill's back. And in both cases she knew Jill was interested.

Now Jill herself recognises fuckface doesn't seem interested in her after the tennis date, and on Bella's path during the bench conversation she tells fuckface she wasn't sure about him, but still, imagine if a friend of yours who knew you were interested in someone, dated that someone behind your back, would you not feel betrayed?
Worst still, imagine if you found out by seeing them two fuck each other.
Yeah... not a good look.

So yeah, Isabella should have told Jill about it as soon she decided to pursue it in EP7, in fact it should've been even sooner but I'll give her some leeway on that since she was still trying to convince herself to stop before she gave in to her feelings.

Yeah I think that might be our best chance to get out sorta clean. Bella is already having issues with school and rules. I would probably make that the main cheat route for Bianca. Unless she is some psyco murderer and she stuffs her victims in that secret room of hers.
Given the next episode will likely be the resolution to the Bella arc, I think you might be onto something here, given the already rule breaking and whatever the MC finds out about her, it's likely that we shall have an option for an out there, if its not forced (after all way backwhen MC has already said if he knew about her he wouldn't have kissed her or whatever it was)

i think they will break up at the very start of the episode and there will be a choice to fight for her or not

It's bad enough that he fucks Tommy's girl behind his back (even if she came onto him), but throwing MC under the bus to cover his own ass and snitching on MC with regards to Bella...Now that's the ultimate dick move.

You know why? Because everyone collectively agreed to keep it a secret if MC fucked Jade and showed the video. Even Tommy that makes fun of Derek later on makes no mention of the whole Jade thing. (John Boy brings up the issue if you are dating Sage and you fucked her mom at the end of ep 9)

Tommy respected the DIK code and "Family Comes First" when it came down to something THAT personal. He doesn't keep a lid on the whole "MC fucked my sister" for obvious reasons, it's very personal to him which he barely gets a pass for.

It's why I personally despise Nick for that. When Tommy is able to respect such a serious and big secret like Jade - who literally was a teacher...But Nick couldn't do the same with the other teacher...It speaks volumes. Tommy has our back no matter what and Nick is a snake who decides to jump ship the moment the going gets too tough.
If im not wrong Nick snitches on MC with Bella if you do it first to JB in my Bella route he kept about it.

actually i just had a thought, what if James isn't "missing" missing but suffered some sort of traumatic brain injury and is not all there, he's living in that room and Bella is taking care of him, the shoes that were seen under the door is James listening in to what's happening on the other side of the door, the reason it was unlocked on Christmas is Bella just brought him food

Main difference is that Bella is a teacher and Heather is your DIK brother's girl. The former is something you never talk about with the rest of the gang, knowing how sensitive that information is. The latter is the ultimate betrayal that usually ends with being either pummelled into the ground or knocked the fuck out.

MC has an obligation to tell someone, JB for instance is a reasonable and cool dude. That gives him two strikes: One for fucking Heather and two for snitching on MC's secret that would put him in hot water to the point of being expelled if it got out.
