The way Nick reacted when the guys found out he was at the same spot to where the computer was, I still feel like he know something more. Maybe it's Magnar/Ron and they have some blackmail on him and he brought the computer to them? But I don't think we can say "clearly" just yet.
It could easily be Vinny who wants to get back at the DIKs + if Cathy flunk him in the past, 2 birds 1 stone. Nick brought him the computer without knowing what he would do and he couldn't do anything about it after.

No, you can get all encounters with Cindy in episode 11 regardless of the path you're on. For the last one, just don't leave the party early. The only Others-exclusive content with her so far is the talk you can have during Halloween party, in Ep.9.

It's hard to say, but with what Zoey told MC during that final moment, I doubt it would be a problem if you've been with other girls.
She say something like "I don't care if you have a girlfriend, choose me". It sound like she just want to be back with him and don't care about anything that happened between the time she left up to when she realize she wants to be with him.
