Honestly I don't remember.
I'm interested in the story (or better in the stories - that is, multiple branches) and in the lewd scenes.
The game with minigames off has less contents or forced choiches, so it's not for me.
Minigames are a boring chore, so I just cheat from the beginning.
I bought food, medicine, etc. just when needed, and used the fish as a bank (as suggested by some user).
When I realised that Nick stole, what should I have done?
Redo from scratch buying food and medicine in advance - and still not having enough money for good presents for all?
Or just cheat?
It should be entertaining, not frustrating.

Just sell the young fish at every opportunity and buy the three 10$ upgrades (chemicals first). Don't leave any money in the budget when you head to the Bailey's. And always get the phone game and brawler money. And the free roam money.
The only game I couldn't buy all presents in was the one I bought the Madame stuff in.
Don't look at me like that! I felt the need to punish myself for the Sage run where I showed Jade's video to the DIKs. I will never feel clean again.
