I was more leaning on the evidence, I have not seen the nerds during the tests leaving their table. But I've seen Ashley do it, which is one of the reasons I said she could be it.

I said Gina just because she does not give a fuck. But could also be because she have a deal with Stephen too.

Sally does not take English or Maths with MC - but as others have pointed out, there may be another class that Sally is in. We do know that characters have to do retakes... Dawe is one of them.

Dawe is as thick as a brick even if he cheat. He would still fail. From Bella's surprise look during the marking of the tests. I think it should be a student that usually do well. That excludes Dawe immediately. Its Sally usually probably used all those cheats Magnar collected over time and now that she is most likely shunned by him. She does not have that anymore. Now she is trying everything to help herself out including cheating. I highly doubt she was ever super smart.

Does not mean there was just one exam. Usually here when one group leaves another group takes the exam.

And I'm asking for the evidence. I'm not denying the possibility, I just want the evidence. MC ended in the exact same room for both tests, proven if you actually use the cheat. Sally was not there in any of the circunstances

The toilet is the same for everyone in that classroom male or female and it's actually INSIDE the classroom. There's two doors on that room, one is the exit/entrance and the other is the bathroom. I think you need to look at the scene again.

She was top of her class. Not top of the score board for the tests. Those two things don't necessarely goes hand to hand, plus if Ashley is a cheater, it would explain why she is in the top of her class anyways.

Bella didn't know who was the cheater when she said that as well and she was also drunk as fuck.

She shows affinity for learning and understanding due to MC tutoring her in his room, so she's clearly not stupid or a bad academic.

There's not enough reason to suspect her to be cheating while she is at the same time buying drugs to help with academic learning.

From where I am, exams happen at the same time. Plus, there was not a lot of students taking intro in math or english anyways, a lot of them were not going into the actual lessons like Gina, but I don't think it would need multiple classes.

There is more than enough reason to suspect her of cheating. She is clearly not doing well and as I said earlier she had access to all those cheats before to give the impression that she is actually smart. She is my contender for the cheater.
