Exactly lol. I wouldn't be surprised if that actually led to Penny quitting college, a way of history repeating and the DIKs getting into more trouble because of that.
Penny doesn't seem too bad though, she actually ends up apologising if you confront her, maybe a way of getting water under the bridge with the other dormies that were subjected to the Walk of Shame (minus Kylie and Avery, fuck em.)

Why he even had an option for the MC to do the very thing that got them in trouble in the first place is beyond me.
They all should be learning a lesson from this, not doubling down. That would be a far better direction for them.
